Monthly Rentals in Silverdale

We loved this spacious Studio and especially all the amenities in the kitchen and fridge. This Location is a good starting point exploring the Orewa area. Adriana is a perfect host and the communication was so nice. Our recommendation: GO THERE.

My mother and I stayed for 3 weeks and had a great time! It’s in a very nice and quiet neighborhood across the street from a beach. It’s in a nice location with Orewa and Silverdale near by. Steve and his wife were also so friendly and they gave us fresh chicken eggs. Highly recommend their space!

Conveniently located near Silverdale Mall, supermarkets, and just a short drive from beautiful beaches, this home is tucked beside a peaceful pasture that brings a rare sense of calm - it honestly feels like my dream place to live! The house is modern, clean, and spacious. Everything feels brand new - there’s a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, even a sewing kit and other thoughtful touches. Everything feels brand new and thoughtfully curated - from the vacuum cleaner and washing machine to the sewing kit and other thoughtful touches/little extras you didn’t know you needed. The host is exceptionally attentive and warm. 100/100! Thank you again - truly appreciated! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 As an INTJ with a strong appreciation for cleanliness and order, this has truly been the most homelike and comfortable stay I’ve ever experienced while travelling.
