We loved this house! The views are truly breathtaking and the home is beautifully designed and so comfortable. Kathryn and James have really thought through the details, from the well-appointed kitchen with everything you might need to cook a fantastic meal to helpful instructional videos on the nuts and bolts, like how to use the hot tub. It was the perfect mountain retreat!

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

Just like the photos - great place to stay! Super close to town. Easy walk into town, uphill on the way back but very easy to call an uber. The hot tub was great and secluded in the woods. We had a great time!

We stayed here for a family vacation. It was a lovely home and we had a great time! We would recommend this home to anyone at any time of year! We will for sure be back.

This lovely little house is in the trees, in the quiet and perfected on a hillside with a view. It was the restful and contemplative space we really needed for a few days. The house has everything you need and a nice deep bathtub! Every airbnb that allows pets should provide dog sheets and blankets. We always bring our own but it saves any stress and we appreciated the extra efforts. We will stay here again! PS the drive way was super easy.

Kate's listing was as-advertised and met all of my family's needs. Easy access, simple check-in and out, spacious, and well-appointed. There's a fabulous public playground (River Park) just 1.5 miles south on Highway 9. We appreciated the communications and grace with our request for a late check-out. A terrific listing and host!

Big Slice of Heaven in Breckenridge. Our family just adored Sarah’s place. We travel a lot and have been to some incredible places, this one was by far the BEST. My husband, a man of very few words, kept walking around telling me how fantastic he thought the place was. Our extended family and little grandchildren had the best time playing games, doing puzzles, playing in the snow and swimming in the hot tub. The kitchen is a dream and outfitted better than my own. I have every Williams Sonoma gadget available. Sarah provided all that and in duplicate. What an awesome place! Enjoy the view—it’s heavenly

Our stay with Amy was incredible! She was a lovely host meeting us when we arrived and showed us around. The views are breathtaking! No, literally! This place is nearly at 10,000 feet altitude! I would recommend spending a day taking it easy if you're not used to it. Every inch of this home is spotless and well taken care of! iIts try rare to find an Airbnb that is so clean. Amy's thoughtful touches provide everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Our favorite was the steam shower which was heaven after a long day of activities in the surrounding areas. This stay was the highlight of our trip and it certainly will be for your trip too. I hope to stay again some day!

We had a great stay at Alister’s place. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy a week of skiing at Vail, Beaver Creek, and Keystone. His home is clean, well equipped, and a great size for our family of four. We were able to access skiing with ease and were happy to return to his condo for either a home cooked meal or an easy walk or drive to downtown Frisco for dinner after a long day on the slopes. I highly recommend and would stay here again. The only word of caution is that the garage space is tight if you have a large SUV!

Spacious place, a lot of pillow options, comfortable beds. Overall an easy stay for my husband, daughter and our dog.

Great place to stay!

Sweet little condo right on the river. No one was in the surrounding condos so it was very quiet. Mikel and Steph were very responsive. Great visit!

We loved the place. The views from the balcony was awesome. We made the drive to Independence pass and it was great. there are plenty to do around. Overall a grat stay.

It was a beautiful place right on the water. Being able to have the windows open and listen to the river was very peaceful. The inside was also very clean. The bed and pillow were super comfy and we loved the soft blankets.

Marc has a beautiful home! Waking up and being surrounded by mountains is an amazing feeling and adds so much to the experience! The place was very cozy and has a homie feel. There are lots of things to do around Boulder and great places to explore!! I would recommend this stay to anyone.

We are so pleased that we found this condo. It was a quick trip up to see a concert and this place did not disappoint. Rose was in communication before time ensuring we had all the necessary information, from parking, to access, parking pass...etc Their place was super clean and very comfortable. Even though we didn't use the kitchen it was very well stocked with all the tools needed to cook and provides an Air fryer.. The view of Dillon Reservoir out the window was beautiful. We sat on deck that night and watched the full moon glimmer on the water. Please don't overlook this place when looking for a place to stay in Dillon. V*B Underwood

Amazing views. I have stayed in dozens of cabins and condos through the years and this one had arguably the best view. Simply stunning.

We had a wonderful stay! Half way between shops and skiing. Plenty of space and amenities for our family. Beautiful views. Lots of supplies for cooking meals in the kitchen. Would love to stay here again!

Sarah's place is beautiful and comfortable. It felt like being home. Sarah gave great directions regarding all aspects of the stay and was quick to respond when I had one tiny question.

Location and the little things! Great location to access several ski resorts, hiking, anything outdoors in the mountains. Shopping for anything is less than 2 miles away from condo. The little things; 1. Custom door combo just for us. Easy to remember. 2. Endless hot water for showers. 3. The best cotton sheets on all the beds. 4. Beefy, heavy duty towels 5. Lotion and Kleenex 6. A lot of cooking staples available We will stay again and recommend!

I brought 3 - 20 year old young men for a trip to Red Rocks to see Lord Huron. I have never been to Colorado. Location was great, close to the airport, the mountains, hiking Ect. Great location 👌 Kristylee was responsive and helpful throughout. Thanks for a great landing spot for us, we had a great trip and wish we had a few more days.

Loved this condo overlooking Lake Dillon! The location was awesome and the hosts were super helpful. Very clean and cute! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!
