The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

In the beautiful Achterhoek, you will find this special house "wellness Gaanderen" hidden between the meadows. An oasis of peace with panoramic views, large fully fenced garden with barrel sauna, XL Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, heated swimming spa, and a Finnish Grillkota! The house is equipped with two bedrooms, luxury kitchen, full bathroom, washing machine, veranda and a cozy living room with wood burner. A wonderful place for 4 to 5 people to enjoy all the wellness facilities in complete privacy.

Wil je heerlijk tot rust komen in een groene omgeving waar je kunt genieten van de vogels en waar je uitzicht hebt op onze alpacas? Het verblijf is goed geïsoleerd, heeft veel lichtinval, is stijlvol ingericht en je hebt de beschikking tot een grote tuin van circa 600 vierkante meter met schaduw en zon. Mooie fietsomgeving en leuke plekken om te bezoeken; Op 10 minuten afstand: Doesburg/ Bronkhorst/ Vorden/ Zutphen/ Doetinchem. Op 20 min. afstand Arnhem. Fietsen kunnen aan lader in onze schuur.

Holiday home in a green area

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

In the heart of the Achterhoek, between Doetinchem and Gaanderen, lies the Maalderij. Rarely have you slept so well in a factory where there is an atmosphere of the most diligent industry, which goes hand in hand with atmosphere, luxury and tranquility. You can hear and see many birds all day long. You sleep in a cozy loft, which you can reach by a sturdy staircase. Other facilities: you have a private entrance, a work/writing area (height adjustable), a private garden with terrace (including BBQ). Listen to music via Bluetooth or record player and look around you...

Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

Book this beautiful private apartment in a manor farm for your next week(end) getaway. From your terrace, you can enjoy the very large garden. There is something to see every day: a beautiful sunset, the squirrels in the trees and the deer that pass by at dusk. Nearby, you can visit castles and museums. Zunne forest house in the Achterhoek

Welcome to our forest cottage, perfect for a relaxing stay in the beautiful Achterhoek. Here you will find everything you need to unwind completely. Located on a small forest park, directly on the Pieterpad and Landgoed 't Zand. A 375 hectare nature reserve with mainly forest, interspersed with heath, fennets and sand paths in Zelhem, the Green Heart of the Achterhoek. The perfect base for an adventurous hiking or cycling holiday or nothing at all.

Annas Haus am See

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

Cozy apartment

This apartment in a detached house of a peaceful neighbourhood, is just a ten minute walk from the city center. It's located on the first floor and caters for a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The groundfloor offers a room with two single beds, it can be booked additionally only during the weekend or national holidays. The photo's do not do the spacious rooms enough justice.

Typically French - with private sauna

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden, our chickens also run loose through the garden.
