In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. The apartment also has a living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining table for 4 people and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. The designer bathroom is functional and modernly furnished with a rainforest shower. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee maker. A pellet stove is in the hallway.

A beautiful, very bright, cheerfully furnished 30 m² apartment with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains awaits you. It is located in a quiet residential area adjacent to a pine forest. In this 2-room apartment, there is a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, which invites you to relax. In addition, there is a spacious couch with sleeping function for 2 more people in the living-dining area. The small modern bathroom features a rain shower.

The apartment is centrally located in Zirl. There are many hiking and skiing areas in the vicinity. Both the train station and the bus stop are only about 10 minutes' walk away. The state capital Innsbruck can be reached in 20 minutes by bus and train and in 15 minutes by car. Some grocery stores (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) as well as various restaurants (pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, etc.) are also nearby.
