Mountain Views in Simi Valley....No Cleaning Fee!

Lovely one bedroom studio apartment. Amazing views, lemon trees and dozens of wild peacocks roam the yard. Very relaxing and peaceful, perfect for couples. Attached in-law suite with a private entrance. You have the entire space to yourself! 450 sq ft, full bath with washer/dryer. Kitchenette w/ full size fridge. HDTV with Amazon FireTV stick and free WiFi. Heating and A/C. There is a huge private deck w/ seating and a BBQ. One queen bed w/ down comforter and down mattress topper...very comfy!

Enjoy complete privacy in a quiet neighborhood. Our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac w/ quiet neighbors. The studio unit is recently remodeled with new furniture. It is attached to but separate from the main house. Private entrance, private bath, large shower. Kitchenette includes full size refrigerator, microwave & toaster oven. The front patio is a shared space perfect for relaxing by the cozy fire pit. We pride ourselves in providing sparkling clean accommodations for our guests.

Had a fantastic stay with hubby at Kimberly's Simi Valley guest house! Such a spacious, bright and comfortable place (OMG, that bed!!! YES!). Very private with easy parking and a wonderful and relaxing patio (with outdoor water feature). The office/utility area was great for keeping on top of work stuff; fast wi-fi was a bonus. Kimberly was so sweet and communicative during our stay and I hope we left the place as expected. I will DEFINITELY stay here again when my family has another event (mom lives around the corner). Thank you for the safe and pleasant stay. ~Jacque

Good house perfect for one or two people Extra fee to purchase secondary room ( room with white bed ) and need that room for the bathroom to be unlocked. Overall good host. Just make sure to check the listing and book both rooms if you need two rooms.

Gary's home may be one of the nicest AirBnB's I've stayed at, and he certainly had the best instructions/directions of any place I've been. The pool/spa are rather complicated to set up, but with his clear labeling and step-by-step folder, it was a cinch. It must be the most beautifully designed private pool I've ever seen; my kids and Mom had such a wonderful time that aside from the obligations that brought us in town, they didn't want to leave the AirBnB at all. There's a beautiful lemon tree in the back, complete with picker, and my son was thrilled to pick lemons and we made our own lemonade to drink while swimming. The home is beautifully decorated and feels so comfortable. My Mom is on the picky side and she didn't have a word of criticism. I don't recall how the price compared to other places in the area, but I don't regret the money I spent one bit. It was a lovely break and oasis.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mila’s place. She was very responsive and always replied quickly. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and has a very cozy backyard. We were staying with our dog and really appreciated how convenient it was to let both our daughter and the dog play safely in the backyard. There’s a train that occasionally passes behind the yard, but during our 3-day stay, I didn’t hear it at all — only saw it once. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

This home was amazing. We rented it for my daughter's wedding since it was near the venue. They were fantastic. They even left my daughter a wedding necessities bag. If I ever had a question it was answered immediately. It was the perfect place for our last family stay with the same last name!!

Wonderful place to stay. Squeaky clean from bathrooms to garage. Lovely backyard. We were in town for a wedding and regret we didn't get to spend more time at the house. The amenities were more plentiful than at other Airbnbs. It was also very quiet. Shadi was extremely helpful and very responsive. I would highly recommend this house.
