Both George and Sarah were amazing with communication, guesthouse was immaculate, beautiful backyard paradise.. my family and I fully enjoyed our stay and felt as if it were home. Will definitely book in the future! Highly recommend ✨️

The host Linda was very responsive. We were evacuated due to the Palisades and other wild fires, and we were very disappointed! But Linda called in the middle of the night telling us we had to leave. Power went out eventually in the unit and we returned quickly to retrieve all of our belongings. We were able to go and stay with friends we were supposed to be visiting. Since the situation was so terrible, we arranged to leave early for our second destination and Linda was very gracious about refunding our early departure and Airb&b was very helpful and refunded our entire stay. Hopefully, when we return for our son’s wedding in May we will have the full experience!

Great place for a quick getaway in the mountains. The drive to the spot was very scenic. I would recommend the space for anyone that was looking for a quick nature trip.

Such a lovely cottage with beautiful landscaping. Easy to get in and out. Quiet. Michael was a great host and welcomed us when we arrived. The welcome sign was a special touch!

Had a lovely three week stay stay at Alice and Eric's lovely guesthouse / cottage in Topanga! Very quiet and peaceful setting, guesthouse was private and spacious with everything you need, and I really enjoyed reading and hanging out on the patio and in the garden area on sunny days. So many great hiking trails nearby and it's only a 5-7 minute drive into Topanga Village or an easy 10-12 minutes into Calabasas and Woodland Hills where there are plenty of great grocery stores and restaurants. Wonderful calm and serene alternative place for a short or long stay compared to the many overly busy, crowded areas of greater Los Angeles. Highly recommend! Overall an incredible experience! Very clean. Very comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Good communication. The view is insane. Pictures don’t do it justice. A well needed relaxing getaway in nature away from the city. Highly recommend.

Very quiet and peaceful space, with a nice area to sit outside. The neighborhood is cute and walkable, so we could easily stroll to a great coffee shop and an Italian deli. Hosts are very responsive. You do walk through their backyard to get to the separate place, rarely encountered children and pets so it wasn’t awkward. The dog Huxley is friendly and rambunctious, so if you don’t want him visiting make sure to close your gate well.

Really glad I chose to stay here instead of a hotel for my trip. It is very cute and cozy and the view you get is very nice. Megan was very helpful and was a great host! Thank you 🙏🏼

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

Lauren was truly the best host I've ever had through Airbnb. Her home was not only more beautiful than the pictures, but also incredibly well-maintained and welcoming. Among all the places I've stayed, this was by far the best. What made the experience even more special was the thoughtful snacks she had prepared for us 🥹 such a kind and generous gesture that made us feel right at home. Thanks to Lauren, our trip started off perfectly. I’m so grateful for this unforgettable experience!

Alina’s place was beautiful

I must say that this place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! I would ever go as far as to say the pictures doesn’t do it justice. It was an absolute beauty, with a huge hot tub deck complete with a covered outside bar with a grill and room for 10+ guests. The guest itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is even a washer and dryer inside the unit. I would most definitely recommend staying here and will be booking a stay here again. Thank you Tracy for your near-immediate responses, welcoming hospitality, and quaint accommodations!

This is the second time we have stayed at Phillip’s place. As before, the setting, down stone steps from the pool and in the midst of a lush garden, was absolutely magical. While the house is uncluttered, everything you could possibly need for your stay is neatly tucked away, including a professional sized steamer. I arrived for my daughter’s wedding preparations a day late and just out of the hospital, and Phillip’s concern and offers of help were deeply appreciated. This a beautiful oasis in the middle of Valley Village, run by a very nice host and his sweet dog. I hope to return here many times in the future.

We had a great stay, we liked that we had off street parking. Most importantly we traveled with our 2 dogs and they were comfortable in this home. This neighborhood is great for walking day and night we felt safe walking around with our dogs. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Guadalupe’s place for 10 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished, and tucked away just enough to provide a peaceful escape from the busy pace of Los Angeles. In our opinion, the location was ideal—quiet and safe, yet conveniently situated for getting anywhere we needed to go. Guadalupe and her co-hosts were communicative, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again on our next trip to LA.

The property was in the hills of Topanga Canyon. Quiet except for the bird symphony. Beautiful surroundings and very private. Lynn was extremely accessible and house was clean and well equipped. I'll be back soon!

This peaceful hideaway was the most gorgeous Bnb I’ve ever stayed at. Hayley is an extraordinary host, and provided not only a beautiful space but went above and beyond with amenities such as beach towels, coffee, tea, and extra linens available. She provided super helpful directions, and even reminded us to download offline maps ahead of our stay as this beautiful space is tucked in the mountains away from cell reception. She was even so kind as to accommodate a late checkout for us on short notice. My partner and I have already decided to rebook this Bnb for our future travels to LA! I cannot recommend this space enough, for the beautiful space, the gorgeous views, and our kind and helpful host Hayley. Thank you again!!

Simply the best. The photos can’t do justice to the sweeping canyon views, sunsets, or the local wildlife, birdsongs, and wildflowers. Billy, Lori, and their sweet dog Dora were so friendly and welcoming, they felt like family after 5 minutes. Location was ideal for us, about equidistant between Malibu and Thousand Oaks, and we spent a lot of time at the beaches but always looked forward to getting “home.” There are so many exquisite spots on the multiple patio decks to enjoy the fresh air and nature that you never relax the same way twice! It’s also located right near the Backbone Trail and we enjoyed hiking and running several sections of it. Oh and can’t forget the bed— it’s a literal dream. I think I had some of the best sleep of my life here. Overall 10/10. Great panoramas, great price point, great people. We will be back.
