This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

Cozy house near beach meadows, cliffs and sea

In the middle of Österlen, on the charming fishing village of Brantevik, this cozy house is only 300m from the sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the lush garden outside the windows, take a dip in the sea, stroll along the meadows, or read a good book in the hammock. If the weather fails, you can warm up in the Jacuzzi, sauna or in front of the fireplace. The garden has a patio on both the front and back (east/north/west), so both breakfast and dinner can be taken in the morning sun. Charcoal grill (Weber) is available.

This must be experienced on site. Sea view with beautiful sunsets. Fully furnished house. Master bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm bed from Kungsängen. 2 bedrooms upstairs with 160 cm double bed in each room. And a sofa bed in the studio. In the studio, there is also a sauna and toilet/shower. Only 800 meters away is Kivik harbor.

Relax with the whole family or friends in this peaceful home with proximity to everything beautiful in Österlen. The house is located just one kilometer from one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches (google Knäbäckshusen) and many cozy cafes and eateries. A fenced plot with barbecue and dining area and access to spacious greenhouse where it is nice in the evenings when the temperature goes down. Guests always get eggs from the farm's chickens and must from the farm's apple orchard.

Our summer house sits in the rural heart of Sweden's beautiful Österlen countryside. We are surrounded by forests and some of Swedens best beaches, hiking & biking trails. ​ Situated just outside the beautiful village of Rörum and located less than 10 mins drive from the incredible Knäbäckshusens beach, there are endless possibilities to hike, bike, swim & play sport... or simply do nothing other than sleep and take a dip in our heated pool, followed by a wood fired sauna.
