Predivna kamena villa okružena je prostranom okućnicom u mediteranskim stilu i uređena s puno pažnje. The house is located in a quiet place Šimuni on the island of Pag. For our guests, there is an apartment with balcony that occupies the entire upper floor of the house. You can also use a shared lower terrace as well as a fireplace behind the house. Free parking is available in front of the house at no extra charge. Shop and pebble beach are 5 minutes walk away and for those looking for fun, Zrće beach is 10km away by car.

GT is spacious top floor apartment, with 2 private rooftop terraces, featuring outdoor Jacuzzi. There are 2 en suite bedrooms, kitchen,dinning/living area with a fireplace. Second floor features a study/office room which opens to two rooftop patios, one for lounging and enjoying the Jacuzzi, while the other has an outdoor kitchen with a traditional wood burning grill and an outdoor dinning area.

Famous Zrce beach is 15 minutes away by car (22km) and Zadar is 45 minutes (50km) away by car. Price includes private parking, air-conditioning, bed linen, towels, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fee and local tourist tax.
