A small sleeping alcove with a double bed and a separate sauna. There are two terraces, the one in the west has a dining table for 6 people with an incredible view of the open sea and the horizon. There is also an outdoor sink on the east side terrace as well as a gas grill. A dry toilet directly outside the sauna as well as a separate newly-built shower and laundry room as well as a frozen toilet a short distance away.

Cozy house from the early 1900s in Herräng. Only a few minutes to the sea and swimming on rocks or beach. Average standard and everything you need is available. To Herräng it is 6 km and to Hallstavik where there are more shops, pharmacies, liquor stores, etc. it is 16 km. The house is in an area between nature reserves so there are incredible nature experiences for those who want them. We have a barbecue area by the sea that you can use. If you want to fish, that's fine. There are some indoor and outdoor games as well as a trampoline.

Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.

The house rules are not for events and parties but to enjoy the nice Grisslehamn and the tranquility of the environment. You must be at least 30 years old and no smoking indoors. Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
