Wunderbare Villa mit geräumigen Outdoor Bereich. Der beheitzte Pool, die Tischtennis Platte und der Kicker sind ein Highlight für Kinder. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist grandios und man hat seine Ruhe, da die Ville etwas abgelegen ist.

Our accommodation was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. It was peaceful and allowed us to enjoy a quiet time. Jessica and Alessandro were on hand if required. The recommendation booklet was thoughtful and well planned, providing great tips. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Palau.

Lovely house which was very nice and clean. Francesco was very welcoming. Fantastic views from the roof terrace, you would ideally need to rent or own a car to get to the town or beach as this is approximately 5 minutes drive away. The town has plenty of restaurants to chose from and La Cinta beach was stunning, very crowded in August but if you walk further up the beach you can easily find plenty of space. Would highly recommend this accommodation and location.

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

Insgesamt tolle Unterkunft auf Sardinien. Ruhig und Privat. Wer sportlich aktiv ist, kann früh Brötchen usw. in den umliegenden Orten besorgen - auch noch im Oktober/November. Den Pool haben die Kinder gut nutzen können. Für Frostbeulen empfehle ich Neoprenanzüge. Einzig der Rauch von den Herbstlichen Verbrennungsaktionen (grosse Feuer in der Nähe zum Beseitigen von Grünschnitt) hat genervt und uns an zwei Tagen die Terasse aufgrund des starken Geruches sowie Qualmes meiden lassen. Insgesamt zu empfehlen, für Leute die Ruhe suchen, und trotz hoher Preislage über das ein oder andere Detail hinwegsehen können. Wir als 6er Familie fanden es toll. Wir durften sogar unseren wohlerzogenen Familienhund mitbringen. Vielen Dank dafür!

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Porto Rotondo! The pool was such a hit with our daughter that it was difficult to pull her away from it so that we could go venture out to some of the stunning nearby beaches! Beautiful property with tons of private, quiet outdoor space. Gorgeous sunsets. Awesome being so close to the Seawall which is a nice walk and leads to many restaurants. Grocery stores nearby as well. Was great to have en suites for all bedrooms. Comfortable space for our family which was four adults and two young children. Thank you Alessandro!

I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. Wir haben wunderbare Tage verbracht und die Wohnung mit all Ihren Annehmlichkeiten sehr genossen. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, die Wohnung war zum Zeitpunkt der Übergabe sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wohl und zu hause gefühlt.

My friends and I had the most wonderful time at Carla's AirBnB. The place was stocked with everything we needed. The bedroom and bathrooms were perfect, and rooftop terrace gave us the most incredible view and place to relax.

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind einfach wunderbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Pino, Silvana und Marco waren sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Vielen Dank!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Enricas Wohnung und wurden sehr herzlich von Federico empfangen. Einchecken konnten wir netterweise schon etwas eher, was uns das Ankommen mit Kleinkind und Baby sehr erleichtert hat, lieben Dank nochmal dafür! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und wir haben den kleinen Garten sehr genossen. Der Strand ist in nur 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch perfekt für kleinere Kinder. Am letzten Abschnitt des Strandes hatten wir auch unseren Hund dabei, was dort anscheinend kein Problem ist. Oft waren wir dort sogar alleine. Lieben Dank nochmal an Enrica, Rosa und Federico, wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Porto Istana!

Francesca et son mari ont eu un accueil très chaleureux. Le logement en pleine nature, au calme dans un écrin de roche, de pâture et de multiples fleurs est magnifique et plus encore. C'est ce que nous recherchions, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Parfaite communication avec Ian et le personnel de maison Un très agréablement et paisible lieu rendent le séjour particulièrement magique. Une vue magnifique et la plage à côté de la maison le paradis.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Maurizio was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam met tips voor bijv restaurant . Het complex is zeer privé, slechts 2 appartementen en rustig. Zwembad is brand new. Appartement is voldoende uitgerust en schoon. Ook zeker een aanrader om bijv met 2 gezinnen beide appartementen te boeken.

We had a great stay at one off Monica’s residencies. Attentive host. It feels very private with the closed gate and the apartments surrounding the swimming pool area. The house was very clean and the kitchen was great. Everything you need and more is there. Also a very nice shower (a lot of water comes out so we put it half way). Furthermore Marco and his wife from the mini market were super kind to us. The location is great as you can visit many beautiful places in under half an hour. Highly recommend.

Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka på Sardinien. Huset var perfekt för sex personer, egen pool och privat trädgård utan insyn, med plats för bil strax bredvid. Huset ligger högt med utsikt över hav och berg. Huset hade ett stort kök med all utrustning vi behövde, inklusive bra kaffemaskin! Flexibel incheckning och utcheckning, mycket hjälpsam och smidig lokal hjälp. Mina varmaste rekommendationer.

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Giulios Apartment – sechs Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind – und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Pool, die charmante kleine Außenküche und die warme Außendusche – ein echtes Highlight, das den Umstand, dass es “nur” ein großes Bad mit Dusche und ein separates WC gibt, absolut wettgemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit Giulio war jederzeit hervorragend – er war super hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen großartigen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der gesamte Aufenthalt verlief reibungslos und entspannt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
