We had a lovely stay & felt immediately at home. The house & garden were beautiful with lots of personal touches. We also rented the greenhouse & stayed in there one night with our baby between us. Very cozy! We had lots of rain but it didn’t matter because the kitchen with veranda was perfect for nestling inside. We still made full use of the bbq as it was covered on the side of the house. Communication with Fré was easy & he was very helpful and fast to answer. Recommended!

The accommodation was great! We have enjoyed the beautiful location at the holiday home. The home was completely as in the pictures. The Bornem area is beautiful for biking and hiking. The jacuzzi on the terrace of the house overlooking the pond, was blissful after a long cycling day. Just a pity that we had to provide bed linen and towels ourselves. Thank you sooo much Tim!

really a lovely quiet place, beautiful accommodation and surroundings and incredibly friendly people. we had the bad luck that a big equestrian event was just held nearby and that gave some nuisance from the parties that belonged to it but here was very well thought out and good solutions were offered. plus point was that we could watch a jumping event which was also new for us. very sweet dog and horses on the premises. in short a top location and we will definitely come back here! 5/5 stars!!

We had a lovely stay in Kapelle. If you are looking for a quiet place with lots of privacy, Casa Fico is definitely recommended! What a luxury: a 'private' hot tub overlooking the Zeeland fruit trees. From Kapelle you have many fun trips within 30 minutes or you rent bikes or an e-scooter to explore the area.

Du was a superb host. super friendly. She organised a breakfast delivery personally for our first morning as it was my husbands 60th birthday. Champagne and a bread basket full of delights! We had a wonderful relaxing 3 night break. The facilities were super. Hot tub, sauna, pool. The kitchen was well equipped and like new. The bed was good quality. We slept downstairs and didnt use the up stairs apartment, but had the use of the entire retreat. I loved the African inspired decor. Very stylish. All in all, a 5☆ experience. We cannot wait to visit again.

A cozy and warm place where you immediately feel at home. Every place in the house has a huge charm and invites you to stay there for a while. The toys and trampoline were a great success with my children. The jacuzzi turned out to be a blissful end to the day with the pink air of the setting sun in the background. Here you can completely unwind. Practically speaking, there are two supermarkets nearby (Aldi within walking distance and Delhaize a little further) and a very good bakery opposite the Aldi. The Wortelkolonie is a beautiful place to walk and the Landloper has a nice terrace to have a drink afterwards or to play one of the many folk games. From here, we went to the Efteling for a day, and that was about a 45-minute drive. Ine has warmly welcomed us and is very pleasant in her communication. We would love to come back here again and can recommend it to everyone. We spent a wonderful extended weekend here.

It is a very nice cottage for four people. It is located in front of an old farmhouse and large barn, both of which have been converted into recreational homes. We had no problems with that and had plenty of private space in the garden. It is a great location to enjoy the coast of Zeelandic Flanders, while being secluded and quiet.

Had a great stay. Close to Antwerp and Ghent, which was the main reason for our stay. But still peace and quiet around you when you were at the cottage. Our dog also had a great time. He played nicely with sweet dog Bo.

It was very nice in your cottage. It is harmonious and friendly, spacious, uncomplicated, and the old wooden floor is very beautiful, and the location is great. It was all very straightforward. I didn't realize before that there are agricultural areas so directly around the house, but thankfully they didn't work with pesticides while we were there. We are grateful and satisfied for our time in Wissenkerke.

We felt very welcome by all the small and large attentions of Llyn. The house is in a beautiful location within walking distance of the heath. Both inside and outside the house, everything looks neat and nothing is missing. We enjoyed all the bird sounds, the owl, the sweet dog Rex that occasionally came to sit with us, the wonderful garden, but also inside the beautiful decor, the bath, the large kitchen and so on. As far as we are concerned, absolutely recommended!! We will definitely be back. Thank you again for the hospitality Llyn!

Relaxed! The weather was a bit worse... but hey, look where you are! On the beach, with many exits to the nice cities, such as Vlissingen, Middelburg, Zoutelande, Domburg. The cottage is cozy, with books and games you can entertain yourself. We also received nice tips from the host. I'll definitely be back here again.

The apartment was lovely. We had 2 young children with us who thought the outside space was great and loved the chickens. The upstairs bedroom has steep stairs but a safety gate was provided and once this was up I felt sure the children were safe and they were. The kitchen has all the facilities needed. Its a great place to stay and we really enjoyed it.

Perfectly lovely small guest house in the countryside. Great spot for an escape from the business of city life into nature. The house was exactly as described and as seen in the photos. The place was very clean and tidy, all the amenities worked and were also clean, and the whole vibe was really welcoming. Johanna was available for any questions if needed. The place is well situated just off the highway and well connected to the local cycling and walking trails. Top spot and would recommend!

Eric and Lut's cottage is a dream accommodation where you can discover the friendly character of the two hosts at every turn. You can't imagine how much love and heart is in it. Even the windows have their own story. The reception and hospitality of Eric and Lut gave us the feeling of home from the first moment. Everything has been thought of in the accommodation down to the smallest detail, even games for our children. And the air hockey match was the icing on the cake. The accommodation is not only highly recommended. If you are in Belgium, you should definitely stop by here. It couldn't be better. P.S.: The interior design deserves a prize.

Nathalie's accommodation is outside the center of Ghent. On weekdays, a very frequent tram makes it possible to get there without any worries. A little more difficult on weekends. It is possible to park your car for free about 100 meters from the accommodation. An ideal starting point also to go to Bruges or Brussels. The place is really great. Welcoming, warm, very well decorated. A small house with a garden at the back. Everything is very well thought out, clean and simply beautiful. It feels like home. As for Nathalie, she is a warm and caring hostess. She welcomes you to her home with the greatest kindness and we feel that she wants you to be well during your stay.
