Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the center of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all equipment. Also a supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a radius of 100 meters. Also suitable for business stays with a good wifi connection.

Nice completely renovated detached guesthouse in the picturesque fortified town of Stevensweert. The cottage has a private entrance with a spacious deck. There are numerous possibilities for hiking in the adjacent nature reserve. For bike lovers, there is the junction route that is right along the house. 20 km away is Designer Outlet Roermond. A visit to Thorn is also absolutely worth it and of course not to forget Maastricht 40 km away.

Beautiful little apartment, which is lovingly run by the owners. There is even a small minibar and a nice place on the porch. We were able to park our bikes dry and safe. The only thing to note is that the bathroom door cannot be completely closed.

The cottage was great, you feel right at home as soon as you walk into the courtyard. In terms of location, it is just across the border in Germany and we thought it was perfectly located for a few days away. Astrid and Theo are very friendly, warm and helpful. We'd love to come back!

We stayed two nights in this suite and were very satisfied with our stay. The space is well maintained, tastefully decorated and offers sufficient comfort and privacy. Everything was neat and functional, exactly as described. Although the suite is located in a business park, we experienced it as quiet and pleasant. In addition, it was a big plus that our dog was welcome. Communication was smooth and professional. We felt welcome and safe, and were able to enjoy in peace. A place where we would undoubtedly stay again.
