The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. Farm, the mini birtok.

Fazenda, a small estate on the shore of Siófok Fishing Lake. With a private pool with counter-current, massage part and neck shower. The fishing dock is about 7mx 3m , and it's split with the neighbor's house. Lake Balaton is 10 minutes on foot, 3 minutes by car. We closed the beach with a gate, as the pool can be locked to make sure it's completely safe for children. A barbecue, a caulking spot, and a covered patio give you total comfort. The whole family will enjoy this peaceful stay.

From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
