Beautiful cottage in the heart of nature

Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with century-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, rackets, petanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12m x 6m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Come and enjoy Lake Arjuzanx, its nature reserve and leisure base (7km away), the ocean (45 mins away) and the many paths for walking and mountain biking. In a small new house paired on one side with our residence (independent access and enclosed garden) you will enjoy a bedroom with a 160 bed and an equipped kitchen overlooking a large wooden terrace, a garden and a covered shelter extend to the outside. In the living room a sofa bed allows sleeping for 1 or 2 people.

Treat yourself to a break of calm and tranquility in our house located a stone's throw from the beautiful Lake of Arjuzanx, in the heart of an unspoiled national nature reserve. Ideally nestled between forest and lake, perfect for lovers of nature and the outdoors. Just 30 minutes drive from the ocean, the beaches of Mimizan and Contis invite you to days bathed in sun, waves and fine sand. Our house is the ideal point to discover the treasures of the Landes.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Studio, outside flood zone, single-story, fully equipped, located in Tartas, Landais village. 20 minutes from Dax and Mont-de-Marsan. Perfect for a vacation, for a stopover, or a business trip. Guests can enjoy a small private garden without overlooking for outdoor dining. Local shops are accessible, 5 minutes' walk. (supermarket, bakery, bank, pharmacy) I strive to make every effort to ensure that you do not miss anything during your stay.

Le gîte de Petit Bon: 7 min from Lake Arjuzanx!

Enjoy a very special holiday in a haven of quietness! This 110m2 barn will stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to thermal insulation works completed in 2022 :-) On the edge of the Arjuzanx Reserve, where you can swim and practice nautical activities in the summer, and watch the crane migration in winter... The ocean beaches (Mimizan, Contis, Lespecier...) are 45min away by car.

This independent studio is part of our main residence, and we are delighted to make it available to you. Guests can enjoy the quiet of the studio's private terrace, pool, and barbecue. The accommodation is 2 kilometers from the city center of Mont de Marsan and 5 minutes from the main roads for your excursions (Beach 1 hour 10 minutes/Spain 1 hour 30 minutes). Secure parking on site. Baby bed.

L'Estanquet.

At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a raw wood work located at the exit of a small village . It was entirely done by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities.The setting is rural, on a wooded plot not far from the forest. The cottage is located on part of the host's lot and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it seamlessly.
