From the apartment, you just need to go down the stairs to reach the beach of the Aiguadolç marina. There is a restaurant on the beach

TV. 30 m2 of private garden in front of the sea. Courtyard of 15 m2 with plants, which gives light and life. Pool and a/ac. The secondary room has two single beds. It can be placed under the other one, freeing up space in the room. Cot for baby if necessary and tb work table and chair if essential.

Beautiful duplex penthouse air-conditioned with three terraces renovated in 2013. The kitchen has all the equipment. Two rooms with shower and terrace with electric blind and deckchairs. Independent toilets. Terraces on the road side with side sea view. We acquired this apartment in 2016 after several years of vacation rental. The apartment is really as a house in 50m from the beach and 200m of the church and 350m of the station. Refurbishment planned for the end of 2025.

There will not be a surcharge for the crib, but there will be for using the sofa-bed (30€/night). Fully licensed.
