This spacious and luminous fully equipped villa is ideal for big families, 3-4 couples or 2 couples with 4 children. In the huge private garden (~1000 m2) you can sunbathe relaxed while your children may play for hours safely. For the grill-lovers, there is also a BBQ. The golden-sand organized beach is only 400 m. away. There you will find numerous restaurants, bars & cafes. Just across the street in front of the house there is a mini-market while big supermarkets are a 2-minute drive away.

The house is in a housing estate next to the beutiful sandy and sunny beach of Siviri. It is cozy with a big communal yard. It has two bedrooms, a living-room and a kitchen in the same place. It has also a bathroom and a big comfortable balcony. The first room has a double bed and a big closet. The other room has one bunk bed, one single bed and a smaller closet .In the living-room, there is a sofa that can be turned into a comfy double bed and a second sofa. The kitchen is fully functional.

The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! Our Siviri apartment is quietly located at the northern end of the village. The beach promenade is about 50 meters away, so all bars and restaurants can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes. The apartment is "Next To The Sea" - there are no other houses or streets between the apartment and the sea. The sound of the sea accompanies you to sleep. The beach can be reached within a minute and offers enough space for sunbathing.

Small but comfortable house by the sea and next to Siviri centre with 2 floors. At the lower floor there are 3 beds, 1 double and 2 single. There is a wall in between to offer more privacy between the double bed and the 2 singles. At the upper floor there is the living room, bathroom and kitchen. Only 20 meters from the sea! (or less)
