Ca 1 km på ski gjennom skogen til løypenettet til Skeikampen. Hytta har 5 soveplasser, pluss sprinkelseng, utstyrt kjøkken, varmepumpe, vedovn og oppvask- og vaskemaskin. Sengetøy og håndklær inkl. Må ha 4x4 på vinter. 15 min til sentrum og Skeikampen, 30 min til Lillehammer og 45 min til Hunderfossen.

Simple cabin located 1100 meters above sea level in Valdres. It's at the top of the Kjølastølen hamlet and is perfect for one or two people who want a place to base for mountain activities. One room with sofa bed, table, kitchen counter with cooker. Heating with propane heater. The cabin has a sink with no running water, but it works for morning care etc with drains out of the cabin. There is no toilet, but guests can use the latrine 30m from the cabin. Toll Road (70 NOK) with private parking

Welcome to a private and pet-friendly mountain cabin, 980 MASL, just one kilometer from the national park boundary. Here, you are surrounded by powerful landscapes. The cabin does not have running water. Stream water is available before frost. There is no indoor toilet, but there is an outdoor toilet in the outbuilding. From the cabin, there are trails and ski tracks leading into the mountains. In winter you must ski or arrange for a snowmobile for the last three kilometers up to the cabin.

We had a wonderful time staying with our dog in this cozy place in Rondane national park with many beautiful hikes available nearby. The house has all amenities needed, was very comfortable and clean, we felt immediately at home. Communication with Trude was always quick, very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this accommodation to everyone and would gladly come again!

Die Hütte war unglaublich toll ausgestattet, mit tollem Bad, gemütlichem Bett und natürlich einer traumhaften Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Schon die Anfahrt über die Serpentinen macht Spaß. Fagernes ist schnell erreichbar und hat eine süße Insel und viele Geschäfte. Nur zu empfehlen!

Het huis is authentiek, gezellig ingericht, en past volledig bij de plek. Aan alles is gedacht. De omgeving is werkelijk schitterend. Met mooie wandelingen. Bij ons bezoek graasden schapen met lammetjes door het gebied. Het is slim om alle boodschappen voorafgaand te doen, zodat je je helemaal onder kunt dompelen in de plek en omgeving. Wij raden deze plek zeer aan! Dank voor je gastvrijheid Ann Helen!

John’s cabin up in the mountains is a real gem! Cozy cabin with beautiful interior made us feel right away at home. The view to the mountains is incredible. There are lots of nice hikes around the area and the skiing must be super good in the winter. Kaja and John are lovely hosts and we would love to come back some day :)

Auf der Rückreise aus dem Norden hatten wir hier einen wunderschönen Zwischenstop. Alles war liebevoll vorbereitet, das Tor und die Eingangstür waren offen, drinnen mollig warm und das Licht an. So nett der Korb mit Essen. Und dann die süssen Tassen! Gleich haben wir uns Peer Gynt von E. Grieg angehört und gut geschlafen. Die neben dem Haus verlaufende Bahnlinie war nicht wirklich störend. Vielen Dank.
