Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The accommodation is located in the forest, on Sörmlandsleden, near the fishing lake Nävsjön and 5 km from Nävekvarn, the village at Bråviken beach. The accommodation consists of a large kitchen for cooking and socializing and a living room/bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed 140 cm and a travel bed. There is also a high chair in the accommodation. Toilet/shower/sauna/washing machine are in a separate building next to the cottage and adjacent to the pool/heated hot tub (costs extra) and lounge area.

In the guest house of about 30 sqm, you live comfortably but more compactly. Available: Apple TV, internet, electric car charger. Heating or cooling with an air heat pump. Duvets and pillows for 12 people. Guests will bring their own sheets and towels. Close to a nice swimming area and about 2 km to grocery store & bus stop. In Nävekvarn's harbor, there is a summer restaurant and food trucks with food and ice cream.

There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. It's situated just outside of Nävekvarn – a small village in eastern Södermanland. Our location offers a closeness to both the Baltic Sea and forests of Kolmården. The cottage is around 45 m2 large and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room.
