Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Private sandy beach and sauna

Beautiful home (year 2020) in a very unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The accommodation contains a sauna with a window to the water, from which you can really enjoy the view of the calm water while completely disconnecting. The house also has 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house, as the lake is rich in fish.

Charmerende, nedlagt landbrug i Vestbirk midt i naturskønne Søhøjlandet med adgang til søer og en grund på hele 7 hektar. Her er masser af plads til ro, leg og naturoplevelser. Nyd udelivet i den store have med terrasse, bålsted, børnevenligt udeområde, cykler og kajakker. Fra grunden kan I sejle direkte ud på Naldal Sø og opleve området fra vandet. Boligen ligger tæt på Gudenåen, badesøer, vandreruter, Den Genfunde Bro, gode indkøbsmuligheder i Østbirk samt Vestbirk Campings mange faciliteter.

Huset tæt på søen

Hyggeligt hus på stille vej midt i Ry med plads til hele familien. Boligen har på 4 soveværelser (1 voksen- og 3 børneværelser + ekstramadrasser), og plads til leg inde og ude. Nyd terrassen med grill og brændefyret pizzaovn. Det største plus er kun 5 min til en lækker badesø. Ry byder på caféer, restauranter og gode indkøb. Oplev Søhøjlandets smukke natur, eller tag toget direkte til Aarhus og Silkeborg. I haven er der høns og et drivhus, som vi håber, at vi kan få en hjælpende hånd til.

Newly built cottage by Mossø with a view of the lake

Velkommen til et skønt beliggende nybygget sommerhus på 70m2 og anneks på 20 m2 placeret i vild natur. Huset er omkranset af 165 m2 hævet terrasse, og ligger 30 meter fra Mossø i 2. række, hvor man hører bølgernes brusen mod land. Fra terrassen ser man ofte ænder, gæs, fiskehejrer, rovfugle, spætter og andre småfugle. Der hører en fælles søgrund direkte til Mossø på 1500m2 og med 50 meter sandet vandbred. Her kan man isætte sin lille båd, kano, kajak etc. og fiskemulighederne er rigtig gode.

Forkæl dig selv og kom i ét med naturen med en romantisk GET-AWAY i et idyllisk og moderne panorama-hus i Laven: omsluttet af skov, sø og stilhed. 1. række til søen. Drik din morgenkaffe med morgensol og direkte udsigt til Himmelbjerget, som lyser op i mørket sammen med den åbne stjernehimmel. Hop i søen fra badebroen, og lad sommerdage glide forbi til lyden af fuglekvidder uden støj fra biler. Nyd aftensmaden og et glas vin med nærvær i solnedgangen i selskab med svaner og stearinlys.

Gammelt sommerhus fra 1963, placeret på én af Danmarks mest naturskønne beliggenheder. Sommerhuset har originalt køkken, badeværelse samt stor lys stue med udsigt til Julsø og Himmelbjerget. 2 soveværelser med dobbeltseng. I kælderen også 4 soveplader til de, som ikke er bange for edderkopper og kælderlugt. Egen bro til Julsø. Adgang til to kajakker og robåd. Så sommerhus med ældre komfort og begrænset isolering. Forvent ikke moderne standard, men fantastisk udsigt og brænde i skuret.

Cottage with private sandy beach and bathing jetty at Mossø

Cozy summer house directly on the waterfront with its own sandy beach and bathing jetty located by the Lake "Mossø". Natural plot with a fantastic view of the sunset. House of 60 sqm and annex of 15 sqm. Terraces all around the house. Watch the swans swim by and take a trip in the small dinghy or kayak. There is one bedroom in the house with 2 adjustable beds and one bedroom in the annex with 2 separate beds. Pets are not allowed.

Large house close to Aarhus

Take the entire family to our fantastic house in the countryside. Play table tennis in the activity room, sweat on the trampoline in the garden or take the kayak to the nearby lake. If you’re feeling cultural, the bus and train to Aarhus leave regularly from close to the house. You can also go by car - a 20 min. drive. The house has 2 bathrooms plus a separate toilet, so you have the possibility to share the house, if you wish.

Skanderborg with private Lake access

Large modern and spacius house with plenty of room. Situated next to Skanderborg Lake with own private access to the lake. You can use our paddle boards and kayak for trips on the lake. You can use our bbq area and patio for wonderfull summer evenings by the water The house is very close to various attractions in Jutland, including city of Aarhus, Legoland, the west coast and H.C. Andersens house i Odense.

Family-friendly house - 5 min. to the water

228 m2 large house that is only 10 minutes from the city center and only 5 minutes from a public bathing jetty, where you, among other things can get away with both of our kayaks. Holmens Camping with minigolf and kiosk are only 1 km away. Large garden with large terrace, trampoline, playground and plenty of space to play outside and inside. Ideal for two families with and without children.
