Charmig liten vindslägenhet med egen toalett, dusch o pentry på vindsvåningen i äldre hus på Haga. Perfekt läge! Lugnt, trivsamt område bara minuters promenad från centralstation o centrum. Nära NUS och universitet. Passar bäst för 1-2 gäster men fungerar som övernattning för 3 personer. Säng 140×200 cm, bäddsoffa 120×200 cm. Möjlighet att låna tvättmaskin för längre vistelser. Central cozy room near the river!

A centrally located room with a private entrance and toilet. In the apartment there is a 140cm wide bed. A spacious closet, fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Walking distance into the city center, grocery stores, public transport and a stone's throw from the river and our amazing boardwalk that can lead to the city or nature and rapids. It is also walking distance to Bölesholmarna via Lundabron where there is access to the swimming area. Welcome, welcome.

Cozy apartment, very centric location.

Cozy apartment near the river and just a bridge away from the center. Ideal to enjoy the city and its surroundings, but with the calm that Teg offers. Perfect both for a few days of relax and tourism and for those traveling on business. You can leave the car at the door and get everywhere on foot, since the apartment is just 2 minutes from the center. Even when the right conditions you can spot the northern lights just 100 meters from the apartment!

Cozy apartment in quiet neighborhood.

We have tried to create a space where you should feel at home! Thanks to generous areas and amenities like washing machine, dishwasher and AC, it also allows you to stay for longer periods of time. The apartment consists of the entire upper floor of our villa. Enjoy a nice night's sleep in your own upstairs apartment in this quiet villa area! Lägenhet på övervåningen i en tvåfamiljsvilla i ett lugnt område. Trevlig promenadväg intill älven just utanför. Lägenheten har två sovrum där det finns en 120-säng och en 90-säng i ena sovrummet och i andra sovrummet finns en 160-säng och en 90-säng (bilderna av sovrummen är inte uppdaterade men vi lägger in nya bilder på sovrummen i slutet av maj). Centrala stan finns drygt en kilometer bort, ca en kvarts promenad.

Välkommen till Lill Backa och Loftet! Denna charmiga lägenhet ligger i en naturskön by 2 mil utanför Luleå stad och 15 minuters bilfärd från Luleå Airport.
