Top floor, historic listed barn -The Scantlings
Ellergill House Barn is a Grade II Listed building in a scenic, rural location in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It dates from the early 19th century and was lovingly restored in 2019. The Scantlings provides luxury 3 bedroom accommodation. The main bedroom with en suite shower room can be used as a double or a twin. Adjacent to this room with an internal door is a small twin room. There is additionally a third bedroom which is a large double and a family bathroom. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is extremely spacious with a wood burning stove making it an ideal space for friends and family to get together. If additional space is required, two further bedrooms, an additional bathroom and extra living space can be booked on the ground floor of the barn. The photos for this are shown under Events Room.

Welcome! In our house the Main bedroom is suitable for two adults with space for a infant cot at the bottom of the bed- if you would like to bring your own, please do. The second bedroom is for two children - with a shorty, small single sized bunkbed. One small dog Is welcome. Please let me know you are bringing your dog and we can accommodate for your furry friend. Take a few step's from the house & find public access direct onto a tow path which leads you to Skipton centre In 10 minutes.

The Granary is a stylish annexe/apartment, to Ivy Cottage, an original Dales farmhouse. All on one level with an amazing hot tub on the decking. Just 2 miles from the market town of Skipton, The Granary is set in the small village of Carleton with its own village pub, village store/off-license and a regular bus service into town. With local walks taking you across open countryside into town, The Granary makes for a great place to stay when visiting this beautiful part of the Yorkshire Dales.

We are well situated for cyclists, walkers and tourists.

The hardest thing you will have to do is decide what you want to see or do.
