I can’t recommend the apartment enough. It was the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in and the location is beyond fabulous. A few steps down to the beach, the views from the terrace, 2 mins away from a handful of great restaurants, a cafe right next door and 15 mins walk into the main town. It has everything for a relaxed stay but everything on your doorstep when you want it. The house is as the photos depict - stylish and luxurious. A stay here will not disappoint! Loved every moment of it and wonderful hosts.

A wonderful stay: the house is a real gem, quiet, with beautiful views and luxury amenities. Kostas and his wife are very careful to ensure that the stay goes smoothly: local products on arrival, cleaning done several times, help for our very late arrival and to find activities. They are very welcoming. We were happy to take care of the cats and deer that live next to the house. The pool was a real plus for the family (although the heating system is a little noisy). We recommend this listing and its owners. Thanks for everything!

We traveled with friends and babies (a total of 4 adults and 2 babies (8&10 months old)) to the villa to Savas & Maria and the villa was fantastically beautiful (even more beautiful than in the photos)! For our tour group, the villa was just perfect, we had our peace, could relax and the children had enough space to play on the giant terrace. Savas & Maria kindly provided everything necessary for our kids (crib, baby chairs, a small inflatable pool and plenty of toys). Cleanliness is very important in the villa, the villa was handed over to us in perfect condition! The villa was rounded off in the evening by the overwhelming sunsets! Savas & Maria were extremely communicative, gave us great recommendations and were always available! We would like to express our sincere thanks again for your warmth, hospitality and a fantastic stay! If we come back to Crete, we'll come back to you!

Beautiful stay at Villa Marae, exactly as in the pictures the villa is spacious, modern and welcoming with all amenities you could need, we felt right at home for the entire week. All the bedrooms have spacious wardrobes and plenty of hangers, all with en-suite bathrooms, good quality bath towels and beach towels, comfortable beds. The outside space is serene, with views of the ocean and some beautiful sunsets too. Welcomed at the villa by the owner Maria, who shown us around, provided a welcome basket and also some other shopping essentials as we arrived very late. She also met us when leaving to say goodbye with a Cretan gift as souvenir. The personal touch was lovely. Etouri Team are very responsive to queries, recommendations and we found them super helpful. Overall a 5* stay

We had a great stay in this amazing villa. The villa is located in a high,quiet and green area 25 minutes from the city of Rathminoon. The villa is equipped with everything a family needs for a week. The space was beautiful and super clean. Maria is a great host with a big heart,recommended restaurants and hikes in the area. We were provided with olive oil,pomegranates , extra proximity and everything we asked for. It is a great place for a relaxing family vacation. The pool is clean and beautiful, the hot tub is hot and pampering for cool days.

Absolutely amazing place to stay the villa is exactly like the photos. Went on a family holiday and we all had a fantastic time good and so relaxed. good sized pool and food temperature and loved sitting in the jacuzzi watching the sunset. nice chilled area to sit in the evening with a firepit. outside sitting area is great for all meal times and inside very clean and great size bedrooms and even got a cleaning service 1/2 way thought the holiday which was Amazing with fresh bedsheets and towels. Very child friendly and the kids had the bestest time. The local coffee shop in the village which is a 5 mins drive has a soft play area which was great to get a coffee and kids play. Margarita was very helpful and was a super host and even made us a homemade moussaka which was delicious and always there if we need any questions answered. Would highly recommend and we definitely rebook if I came back to Crete specially if you want to have a chilled private holiday. Thank you very much

We had a real crush on this place. This villa is very well located, with a peaceful environment and superb interiors. We were hosted very well, with very responsive hosts and always attentive so that we did not miss anything. We 100% recommend staying at this villa!
