Wifi and high-speed wired internet are available for a fee. Adjacent to the apartment is a laundry room with a drying room. Parking next to the accommodation.

Newly renovated, cozy and central basement apartment

Cozy apartment located only 10-15 minutes walk into the city center and train station. Only a few minutes to the college and restaurants just around the corner. The apartment has low ceilings, not recommended for those who are longer than 1.85. The apartment is prepared so that you as a tenant should have as simplified stay as possible. Coffee, tea, bass spices and oils is in the kitchen.

Modern apartment in villa in a quiet and peaceful environment.

The apartment is located like an angle in our house. Private entrance to the apartment. WiFi is available. The Pilgrim's Path to Spiken/Läckö goes right outside our house. The veranda at the entrance to the apartment is for the guests. Distance to Spiken's fishing area is about 3 km and about 4 km to Läckö Castle. The house has a scenic location.

cozy quiet apartment central

You live centrally but quietly, with green space and playground in the back. The house has a cuddly house cat. Walking distance of only 500 meters to the university and 650 meters to the city center and to the travel center where there is also a bus to Skara Sommarland in the summer and to the ski slope (Billingebacken) in the winter.
