About 8 km from Falkenberg's center and 500 meters to the beach, the cottage is beautifully situated in a quiet rural environment. As a guest, you live separately from the family's/landlord's home with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and orangery with patio. A few kilometers away is a wide range of restaurants, cafes, farm shops and all the fantastic things Falkenberg has to offer. Warmly welcome!

Cozy cabin by the lake

Welcome to a fresh cottage in a fantastic nature with a rich environment. The cottage is 30 m2 and has a combined living room and kitchen. One bedroom and a sofa bed. When you look out, you have a view of the lake where you also have access to a boat for fishing and swimming. Don't be surprised if you see both moose and deer pass by the cottage. Ullared is only 40 minutes away and you will find a grocery store 20 minutes' drive from the cottage. In the area, there are a total of 3 cottages and we rent out two of these.

Toalett med dusch. Ligger i lantlig miljö med närhet till strand och skog. Nära till E6. Avstånd Falkenberg 1 mil, GeKås 3 mil. Husdjur är välkomna.

The house offers a balcony with sea view, four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious garden with a patio and BBQ. The house is only: 5 km to Glommen – a charming fishing village. 7 km to Olofsbo beach. 11 km to Falkenberg city center. 16 km to Skrea Strand – one of Sweden's best beaches. 36 km to Gekås Ullared – Scandinavia's largest shopping store.

It takes about 10 minutes to Skrea Strand/Fbg center or 30 minutes to Varberg , Halmstad or the shopping at Gekås in Ullared. Mysig stuga på Skrea strand med egen inhägnad mindre tomt. Stugan är 44 m2 och ligger i ett lugnt privat stugområde 400 meter från havet. Nära till det mesta på Skrea strand. Renoverad 2022 med nytt badrum och 2024 med nytt välutrustat kök. Finns även en utomhusdusch på altanen. WiFi och Smart-TV finns i stugan. Altan med grill och utemöbler. Parkeringsplats ingår. Perfekt boende för 6 personer. Två sovrum med dubbelsäng och våningssäng + 1 bäddsoffa med två sovplatser. Barnvänligt boende.

Välkommen till vårt härliga boende på Skrea strand i Falkenberg på drygt 80 m². Huset är på 60 m² med öppen planlösning för kök, vardagsrum samt 2 sovrum och ett litet badrum. Från vardagsrummet nås ett generöst trädäck där grillen står redo. På tomten finns också ett gårdshus (Attefallshus). Huset har 2 sovrum á 12 m² med hotellkänsla. Skrea strand ligger bara några minuters promenad bort. Boendet har trådlöst wifi och möjlighet att parkera 2 bilar. För elbil finns även laddbox.

Vårt ” gårdshus” ligger mellan Falkenberg och Halmstad med utsikt över Suseåns dalgång, åkrar och ängar. I närområdet finns det gott om härliga gårdsbutiker, lokala odlare och mysiga caféer. 5 km till Långasand/ Ugglarps havsbad 1,5 mil till Falkenberg 2,5 mil till Halmstad 4,5 mil till Ullared Ett boende för dig som vill ha något speciellt! Lakan och handdukar medtages. Städartiklar finns, men städning utförs av gästerna. Rökfritt inne!

Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.
