We spent 5 nights with our two children in this beautiful house. Everything is very high quality, tastefully furnished. Right next to the house there is a bar where locals meet outside in the evening. The downstairs bedroom opens directly to the street - so you feel right in the middle of the action. From here we were able to make wonderful excursions in all directions.

Great house and an amazing host would stay again

We have now been to this beautiful holiday home for the second time and it was absolutely fantastic again! The house is superbly equipped, very clean and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The pool is a real highlight. Our two dogs also felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the stay. A big thank you to the warm host – as always, everything was perfectly prepared and we immediately felt welcome. I'm sure we'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the large bed was comfortable. There is a nice area for sitting out in the lower garden. The sea view is somewhat misleading. While it is possible to view the sea it can’t be done from the apartment unless you walk across the lower garden. The seaview shown is essentially from SAs parent apartment on the upper floor. That said the garden is a pleasant place to sit out. As others have stated there is a language issue with SAs father but this was easily got round with hand signals etc. He was waiting for our arrival and showed us round the apartment and was pleasant to deal with. He also brought chocolate pancakes one evening. SA was very quick to respond to my queries prior to arrival and offered us the option to arrive early. Overall this is a pleasant place to stay.

Amazing house and great host. House is located in a very calm and charming village. All of the major places are reasoniably close by. There is a market nearby and several restaurants. Pool and the terrace were amazing.

We had a great time at the house! The host was incredibly kind and hospitable-we felt very cared for right from the start. We were greeted by fresh vegetables and fruit, which was a very nice gesture. The house is well located – close to a town with good restaurants, and there are many scenic bike paths in the area. The house itself was spotless and very well equipped. Highly recommended and would love to come back!

It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

Ivan's Villa Simone is a great house. We were here with eight people and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, both inside and outside. The furnishings are high-quality and everything you need has been thought of. When we arrived, towels and beach towels were already on the loungers by the pool, which immediately invited us to swim. The pool is huge and perfect for swimming. Ivan was very accommodating and always available. His mother even brought us a homemade cake. We have rarely felt so comfortable in an airbnb. We will definitely come back. Thank you Ivan for this great vacation.

Beautiful villa ! Very clean and very modern ! We enjoyed the sauna and pool to the fullest. The kids loved the PS4 (beware, only 1 controller)😄. We solved the flying problem by only leaving the terrace door open, which had curtains. These kept most of the flies outside and it was still able to keep the door open. BBQ charcoal, lighters & co had to be bought, - was not on site. Salt, pepper, oil, etc. was also not available. Ivana gave us tips for excursions and was very kind. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation very much! I couldn't find a walker's route from the village, so I always had to drive away to walk the dog. The property was perfect though. Nice big and closed so our little dog could jump around freely.

Nice and peaceful place to stay.

We spent 4 very nice days at the villa. This is very modern and is surrounded by other (holiday)villas. The location is quiet and the large property offers plenty of space to feel comfortable. Kristina is a great host and was always easily accessible. The communication was very pleasant and we always got answers very quickly. Not only the pool is a highlight. There is also a BBQ, a fireplace and a modern kitchen. The rooms are very spacious and simple but modernly furnished. There is a carport with space for two vehicles. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool because of the weather, but we had a great time all in all. Also good restaurants are nearby and many attractions. Particularly noteworthy was the good condition of the interior design, cutlery and kitchen appliances. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Meri's accommodation. She and her husband Vedran are great hosts and try very hard to ensure that you don't miss anything. You quickly feel at home and the exchange is very private, as if you have known each other for a long time. The villa is small but very nice, the completely fenced garden and the large pool were ideal for us and our dog. everything is clean and tidy. We can really recommend the accommodation. The place more than met our expectations. Although the first impression from the street was still very inconspicuous, we were convinced of the opposite when entering the house. The rooms were extremely modern and comfortably furnished, the kitchen also extremely well equipped. The private garden with pool and outdoor kitchen was also ideal for our group of 8 and invited us to relax. The separate pool house or the freestanding bathtub in one of the bedrooms was also a small highlight. Overall, we really enjoyed the time there and can definitely recommend it. ☀️

Sandra is a wonderful host — warm and thoughtful. She welcomed us with homemade doughnuts and a bottle of wine, which was such a nice gesture after a long drive. Although she doesn't speak perfect English, communication was easy and pleasant throughout our stay. The house is a beautifully restored old villa, full of charm and very well maintained. Everything was spotless. The location is in a quiet, remote village, surrounded by stunning landscapes. It’s incredibly peaceful, ideal for relaxation. The road to the house is narrow but fully paved, and we had no issues getting there. We truly enjoyed our stay and would warmly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene escape in nature.

As you can see on the map, the cottage is located in a small village relatively away from big cities or the coast. Nevertheless, there are plenty of shopping facilities and sights in the immediate vicinity. The house is detached with a large property, so there are no directly adjacent neighbors. The outdoor area is well equipped with lounge chairs, jacuzzi, gas grill and terrace with seating. There is also a parking space right in front of the house. The interior design also leaves nothing to be desired: all rooms are fully equipped (small hair dryer available contrary to the description), offer enough storage space and were found very clean. For purposes such as cooking, washing and cleaning, there is also everything necessary in the house. The two hosts, Nenad and Valentina, are very friendly and helpful and gave us direct tips about the area and the accommodation after the key handover. They were always available for any questions. All in all, a great stay with a very good price. We were very happy to have chosen this accommodation. Clear recommendation.

Completely happy! I was with my dogs for a week in this beautiful accommodation and we enjoyed our stay incredibly. Wonderfully quiet in the midst of nature and great views of the sea and the island of Cres. Apart from birdsong and the occasional ringing of bells from sheep nearby, absolute silence. For us, it was a wonderful and relaxing holiday and we hope to have the opportunity to visit this fantastically beautiful and peaceful place again soon. Best wishes to Marino.

We were received in person at the property after a short notice. We got a short tour and received important information. The place is quietly located, which was very accommodating to us. Restaurants, shopping, etc. can be easily reached by car. We received good tips from the hosts. Highlights include the outdoor kitchen with grill and cooking facilities, which can be used very well for warm summer evenings. We will be happy to come back.

What an amazing and historic place! It was a great mix of authentic history with all of the newest, modern amenities. We couldnt have been happier.

We had a wonderful time at Martina’s villa. Beautifully decorated, great layout of the villa, wonderful outside space (couldn’t get enough of the pool and BBQ!) clean, great communication, early check in, local recommendations- our stay was a perfect experience. Highly recommend.

I have to say, this is probably the cleanest Airbnb I've every stayed in........sparkling clean! Tatjana was accommodating in every way to insure our comfort. The villa is lovely inside and out, located in a quite, remote village, but centrally located on the peninsula with easy access in every direction........and, there's a great restaurant just a two minute walk away with a terrace for sunset watching, the only one in town, I believe. Loved our stay here! Beast wishes to Tatjana.

Here traditionally for the fifth year in May and we already feel at home. As always, Mrs. Mirjana is helpful and unobtrusive. She greeted us with a fruity crochet and homemade bisque, and everything was spotless and tidy. Thanks for everything and see you next year❣️

Pleasant accommodation in the very center of the place, friendly hostess Nina. Very flexible about arrival and departure. The apartment is neat and nicely furnished.
