Apartment holiday rentals in Skyros

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious house in a peaceful location. The home felt warm and cozy, perfect for our visit during Carnival season in late February. Alexis was a fantastic host—very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Our group consisted of one couple and two friends, and we found the house comfortable and well-equipped. While there was no WiFi, it wasn’t an issue for us since we spent most of our time in Chora, and the quiet atmosphere at home allowed us to fully relax and unwind. A small point for improvement: when using both bathrooms, we noticed that the shower areas weren’t separated, which led to some water splashing around. A glass partition could be a great addition to make things more convenient. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Kostas was very present for us and offered us a real skyrian experience. My son had a small accident but thanks to Kostas who was there to assist us in this inconvenience, and a very caring medical team, everything went well in the end and we were able to continue our vacation. I enjoyed the terrace and its mountain view. The place is very peaceful and I loved the sound of nature. However, we are two steps from the central street of the village. I loved the small, steep and flowery labyrinthine streets. Coming down we are a few minutes from the beach and its restaurants. I also enjoyed renting an electric bike, going to Agios Petros beach and lunch at the tavern. Not to mention diving with great Gorgonia. Great host , great stay and bright Skyros 🤩

Anestis was very quick to respond to messages and answered all our questions. He was very friendly and we felt comfortable from the beginning. The room is small but very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view on the terrace from where the beach can be seen. We were very close to the cantina where it has very good coffee and affordable breakfast, but also to other shops for purchases. The room is centrally located on the street and has space for parking, so we were easy to move to all other areas such as Linaria and Chora.

Our second time staying here. Lovely room, clean and comfy with a great view and close to beach, shop and restaurants.

We had a really great time at Maria’s place. The studio is very clean and perfectly located in Molos next to the beach and restaurants.

Fay's house made our vacation in Skyros even prettier!! The space is gorgeous, tastefully decorated, very clean and functional. We enjoyed the terrace and the lovely garden! The property has its own comfortable parking space. Fay and her family greeted us cordially and responded promptly and effectively to what we asked. Her kindness and cordiality made us feel at home! This space is clearly the best choice you can make for Skyros. We would choose it again for our holidays on the island!

Very beautiful place for relaxing holidays next to a 24-hour supermarket and two very good food shops. The house is very beautiful and clean based on the architecture of the island. With a bright and cozy deck.

Mrs. Georgia has been a great host, friendly, positive, generous, highly communicative. A really relaxed place, fully equipped, traveleld with 6-year old daughter and 10 months baby... Great pool for the kids -and ourselves of course ;-). Would gladly visit the place again!

The B&B is beautiful, charming and extremely well-kept, it has a beautiful pool and a hot tub. Our apartment was spacious and had a pleasant outdoor area where you can have breakfast in privacy. As for the location, the area is strategic to reach the points of interest of Skyros, but the village itself (Aspous) is not memorable, there is no pedestrian walk and there are only two restaurants, so it is essential to have an autonomous means for travel. However, this was not a problem for us who always rent a motorcycle when we are on a Greek island. Ekatherina and Dimitri were very friendly and responsive to our requests (cleaning, a minor one window issue). A note about the fact that they allowed us to keep the apartment until the time of departure well beyond the normal checkout time. The price is slightly high compared to the Greek standard, but also the quality level is.

Our stay at this home was really great! From the very first moment, Mrs. Katerina greeted us with a warm smile and was always willing to help us with what we needed. He gave us very useful information about the island, making our stay even more pleasant. The room was super clean and comfortable, and the location quiet, offering the perfect escape from everyday life. Plus the view was gorgeous and really helped us relax. We highly recommend staying at Mrs. Katerina's accommodation to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience on the island!

Apademia residences exceeded our expectations ! The room is brand new, extremely cosy, neat and clean, very well-equipped and modern. Every room has a beautiful private porch, very relaxing where we enjoyed our breakfast and coffee, or our drinks at night. It is a perfect choice for a few days vacation or even longer, just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of the Skyros. Efi and her family are exceptional hosts and always willing to provide you with whatever else is needed, if any. We will definitely choose to stay at Apademia again, next time we visit Skyros island !

Anestis's place was the perfect long holiday flat for us. It had a full working kitchen with all the basics and two separate rooms - bedroom and living room. Well designed and kept. We had easy, walkable, access to the beach, restaurants, and mini markets, as well as being really close to the stairs leading all the way up to Chora (Skyros) on foot. All in all I would definitely recommend going there. Anestis was very friendly, discreet and gave us excellent recommendations for the island.

Anna's accommodation is wonderfully located in Magazia on Skyros. In a few steps you can reach the magnificent beach, the neighboring tavern "Stefanos" or the nice little beach bar Korphari. Anna and her mother Maria looked after us very nicely. The apartment has four rooms (two of them small) and a small kitchen-living room. In addition, next to the large terrace, you have the choice between four small balconies. There were four of us and we would be happy to come back.

Our stay at Konstantinos was magnificent, the apartment is very well maintained, quiet with a magnificent view of the sea. We were very well received, a place to recommend with our eyes closed.

i will start with the excellent location where the accommodation is.. surrounded by greenery and with a large terrace-yard that a child can play...... always clean space and has exactly what a family of three needs...(..from household ..).....as for Aggeliki and Mrs. Soula you were always willing and served..wonderful..and with a lot of patience....(..thanks for everything and sorry for the dizziness Mrs. Soula ...)

Very beautiful space. The room is practical and fully organized. Kostas and Anthi friendly with many suggestions for the area and made us feel at home. The house is very quiet and is organized so you can stay comfortable and many days. We had a great time and highly recommend it!! I hope we can come back. Thank you for everything!
