Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Anita’s place is a beautifully kept villa and she was more than accommodating throughout our stay.

We were a total of 4 boys and had a great stay. Natalija and her husband Mate are super friendly and do everything to make your vacation easier. Due to the fact that we were allowed to check in earlier and could even decide on the day of departure when we wanted to check out, the vacation became even more relaxed. Mate even took us to the airport. The house is (except for the loungers by the pool) exactly as seen on the pictures and very clean and tidy. There are pretty much all the kitchen utensils and also spices, coffee, coffee filters and much more. The house is quite remote, but still easy and quick to reach with a car. Without a car, however, it is more difficult, as at least out of season there is hardly any bus and there are no timetables. Overall, it was a great stay and we would be happy to come back.

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

First of all, we would like to open by saying that we had a wonderful one-week stay at the house and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Upon our arrival, the hosts were very helpful in explaining the basics of the house amenities and also had a cold beer ready for each of us (which is always a plus!). Since we didn’t have a car, they also allowed us to use their two bikes and that was very helpful. Speaking of which, thanks to the proximity to the airport, there were many taxis available (Uber, Bolt etc) and that made it possible to stay at this house without a car. The drive to Zadar city centre was approximately 20 minutes and rather inexpensive, allowing for bulk shopping of groceries when needed. Of course, there is also the smaller grocery store located one kilometre away. The house amenities, as said, were many and even for six people cooking etc was a smooth experience. The fast-food place in Zemunik Donji (with free delivery to the house) also came in handy at times and the pizza was excellent. The highlight of the house, though, was without a doubt the outside area thanks to the lounge area and above all the pool. It’s well-lit in the evening as well and that made for a very pleasant experience overall. To summarise, the house is well worth the money especially if you’re a large group that wants to relax in fantastic surroundings.

Our stay at SevenOlives-Haus was simply fantastic. The house is not only beautiful, but also lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail - you can immediately see how much passion is put into it. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and a plate of regional delicacies was waiting for us. As a special welcome gift, we even received wine and homemade elderflower syrup - a very personal and beautiful gesture. The pool is huge, super well maintained and was a daily highlight for us. Neno, the host, traveled from Split just to adjust the pool temperature for us - this is not a matter of course. We didn't miss anything at all. Everything was clean, fully equipped and in top condition. If you are looking for peace, privacy and real relaxation from everyday life, you have come to the right place. We enjoyed every minute. Tatjana and her husband are very accommodating hosts. The house was in wonderful condition and very clean. Tatjana's husband came almost every morning to clean the pool. That didn't bother us at all, because he was very respectful, friendly and you usually didn't notice him. The communication with Tatjana is really outstanding. I've never experienced anything like this before. She is helpful and has brought us fresh towels if necessary, for example, although you can also wash them in the accommodation. We didn't miss anything here and we had a relaxing time in the small village of "Sopot." We would book it again anytime.

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

We had an amazing stay in this property and our hosts were amazing with everything from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the outside space is amazing with the pool and outdoor eating options. Highly recommended.

Super nice stay at Villa Luna. We didn't miss anything with a group of friends from 5 couples. The villa is very nicely equipped, was very clean and with two kitchens there is enough space for cooking. The spacious outdoor area offers many opportunities to swim, to play and to relax. Josip, the owner of the villa, was super helpful & nice and was always available for questions. Skradin beach and Krk Np are only 5 minutes drive and the sea at Šibenik is only 25 minutes away. We felt very comfortable!

Valentina's villa is great! Totally as described, very well maintained and clean, it is completely finished allowing our dog to roam freely. All the amenities are available and Valentina is a Superhost who is always there for you, she responds literally within minutes if you have a question. Just great!

We had an amazing stay at Zoran’s villa! From the moment we arrived, Zoran was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The villa itself was stunning, spacious, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Zoran’s hospitality truly made our stay special. We had an excellent week at Ivan’s villa. It was very clean, well appointed and in a good location. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace, which had a view of the sea and mountains, and the heated pool.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We immediately felt at home and definitely want to come back. Our highlights were the pool with the pool toy, the jacuzzi overlooking the mountains, the dining table and the hanging chair outside.

We had a great stay with our family with 3 children in this vacation home. It sits high in the mountains and has breathtaking views. The layout of the house is a bit unusual, but that has its charm. The beds were lovely. The kitchen with the wood-burning grill (with unlimited wood) makes cooking great and immediately gives a vacation feeling. The terrace with the pool and sauna behind it completes the house. The Paklenica national park is a few minutes away from the house, in addition, there is plenty to do in the region. all in all, we had a wonderful stay, we would go there again in no time, so recommended.

The stay in Villa Atrio was incredibly beautiful. The hosts were extremely friendly and always available to us. The accommodation is extremely modern and offers guests a lot. We recommend the place to anyone!

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

This place is just fantastic, really great for a big group with kids. Our site contact, Filip, was super helpful, and quick to respond to any queries, also got us some food in as we arrived on a Sunday night which was greatly appreciated. The place has everything you need, with a short drive to a restaurant and supermarkets. The Krka national park was really good, and Zadar is beautiful for an evening dinner, stroll and watch the sunset. Highly recommend staying here just make sure you have a car. The outdoor area could do with a bit of shaded area, but that’s the only thing really. Highly recommend. Really good family holiday 👍🏻

Wow, wow, wow…The house is amazing. It is very tastefully decorated with attention to detail. The view of the Adriatic Sea and the mountains is insanely beautiful, and when the sun rises and colors the peaks in the most beautiful red tones, you are simply blown away. The heated pool allows you to swim extensively even in October and you sleep fantastically in the beds, so we also photographed them because we want to have them at home😊 Strategically, the location was great for our excursions. The national parks were important to us and these could be easily reached from Podgradina. The Velebit Mountains also kept the cold temperatures from the inland, so that we also had temperatures around 24 degrees at the end of October and could always have breakfast on the terrace.

My family and I had a wonderful, unforgettable stay at this super tranquille and beautiful little Villa. The whole property was spotlessly clean, and Luka the host and his mother, made us feel very welcome. The pool was a nice size for us, if a little cold in May. Posedarje is a nice little quiet village. It was pre-season, so there wasn't much going on. But that suited us, as a quiet holiday was just what we hoped for. Zadar town was only a 30min drive in our Hire Car, for when we wanted a bit more excitement. This area of Croatia is very beautiful, with many little villages and mountains near by to explore. This super clean, little Villa is perfect for a small family. We made some great memories that we'll cherish. We hope to make a return visit someday. Thank you Luka!

The accommodation was very nice and private - 20 minutes from the airport and the sea. 10 minutes from a larger store. The hosts were prompt and very friendly, they left us plenty of drinks and food and advised us on anything we needed. We liked it very much and thank you.
