Great place to stay in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and bars a short walk away. Place is nice — good kitchen; cozy bed. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Denver.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a cozy little home away from home for the week. Tea bar was much appreciated! The noise they warn about in their listing was barely noticable for us. Walking through the kitchen was not as intrusive as one might think, if we happened to run into Brian or Tarryn, they were always friendly, and inviting. Would recommend to a friend.

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy guesthouse. The neighborhood is vibrant with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and local shops. Parking on the street was easy to find each night, and it only took about 15 minutes to drive to downtown. A quick heads-up about the layout, which might be very clear in the images too: the two bedrooms are directly connected, so to access one, you need to walk through the other or go through the shared bathroom. For our group of four adults, this setup needed a bit of coordination and didn’t offer much privacy. Despite that we really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend it to travelers who are comfortable with the bedrooms layout.

Jann's place was the perfect location for our week-long visit to Denver. Very close to great (and reliable) bus service to town including to Union Station (starting point of our tours to Rocky Mountain National Park and Pike's Peak), museums, restaurants, etc. Apt. was also within walking distance of more great restaurants, coffee shops, interesting stores, and an Enterprise Car Rental (which was VERY convenient). We had designated off street parking for our rental car, too, which is always welcome in a location close to the city. Apt. is in a lovely older home with lots of warmth and character. We ate most of our meals out so did not make much use of the large kitchen, but we definitely appreciated the coffee and water filter set up! Unit had modern bathroom with tons of towels, and a comfortable bed with lots of pillows, etc. There was a little noise from the upstairs unit, and the gates to the property were a bit challenging, but our stay was wonderful!

We had an amazing time here! The location is perfect and not too far away from big attractions. We loved everything including the space, the yard, and everything else in between. We would definitely come back.

Amazing! Alice’s place was beautiful, clean and cozy in a peaceful neighborhood. The king bed was so comfy! She even supplied snacks and drinks. The washer and dryer were appreciated after a long road trip. Our dog was right at home too with the supplied dog bed and bowls. Book a stay. You won’t be disappointed!

Gold Star for Lauren! Starting with the welcome note describing the directions for the house: clear and precise.I could tell Lauren pays attention to details and cares about her property. This was an emotional weekend for us, and Lauren was extremely compassionate and aware of the circumstances. We ended up needing a new coffee pot and she was sure to have a brand new coffeepot delivered express to the house before the following morning. Knowing the import of the coffee ritual , IYKYK, we were so appreciative of the manifestation of that new pot and new coffee! The kitchen is well stocked , dishwasher works well, the W/D work well, WIFI works well, her choices for products all cruelty free and conscientious, great water pressure and her care for how it was feeling to us was apparent. Walkable to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful , peaceful and plenty of parking right in front of the house. I would most definitely stay again! Really enjoyed staying at the house. Came into town to check out a series of baseball games at Coors Field. Stayed at the house for 3 nights. Had a wonderful stay. They have an awesome hot tub really liked the vibes of the house. The neighborhood is really chill. They have a few places to eat that you can walk too. Went to the Billy's place and the Ginger Pig. The Pig was one of the better meals I've had in a long long time. Get the Korean Fried Chicken it is amazing. I had a wonderful stay while I was in town. Very cool city. Paul from Richmond.

I absolutely loved this Airbnb in Denver! The space was cozy, stylish, and immaculately clean. The location was perfect—an uber shot close to great restaurants, breweries, and downtown, yet in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and every detail felt intentional, from the comfortable bed to the prompt responses . I’d definitely stay here again!

The host was really good with communication and always responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to Empower Field. The parking garage was small, but other than that it was a great!!

This Air BnB was so lovely! Stephanie has curated such a cool space. It was easy to get everywhere I wanted to go and close to the interstates. The listing says it’s noisy, which was true, but it normally died down by 11 PM. Parking was east to find around the building. Stephanie was very flexible and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb, perfectly located just a short walk from Union Station and the vibrant LoDo district. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, it was the ideal base to explore Denver. The apartment itself is thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. You can really feel the personal touch the owners have put into the space—it feels less like a rental and more like a warm, welcoming home. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts provided clear and helpful information not only about the flat but also about the neighborhood and the city. Heather was especially kind—always quick to respond and available for any questions we had, which made us feel very well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay here! Jack was very responsive and he provided suggestions on things to do around the area, which is perfect because it’s close to downtown! The place was also very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!

The place was just like the pictures, modern, clean, great space. Balcony was even better than we thought it would be :)! Clear instructions with great information about the local area. Very responsive with any questions we had. Overall we would love to stay again, next time we're in town!!
