Holiday rentals with a patio in Sloans Lake

The place was super clean and very close to downtown. Even then there is no designated parking spot, parking wasn’t super hard to find.

We loved staying downtown - right at the end of the 16th Street Mall - and walked everywhere, even to Empower Field for the Coldplay concert! The in-and-out private parking space is amazing and the loft is extremely spacious and beautiful! We got spoiled here and can't wait to come back!

This was a great find. We had one small hiccup but Jaimi was more than accommodating and made our stay comfortable. She was responsive, kind, and has a very cute pup!

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay! It felt small at first but really it’s like a luxury suite at a hotel. Was perfect for two of us- we didn’t spend much time there as we were out doing things but we easily could’ve stayed there all day. All the ‘extra’ amenities you need were available which was amazing; toiletries, sunscreen, bug spray, hair dryer, washer/dryer, towels, etc.

Debbie ist ein hervorragender Host. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend, aber trotzdem sehr zentrumsnah. Man kommt gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche waren hervorragend ausgestattet (Gewürze, Soßen, Eiscreme, Kaffee etc.). Auch das Bett war bequem. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

This is my favorite place to stay in Arvada. Jessica‘s place has a comfortable bed, full kitchen and is in a great neighborhood.

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

Great location 10 minute drive to all the places in town we wanted to visit. 25 mins from red rocks. Good surrounding area. I love Sloan lake being a couple blocks away and breweries and restaurants near by

This place is absolutely wonderful! Such cute, chic, fresh decor. Free of clutter and very clean. It’s quiet and peaceful yet close to many restaurants, Broncos stadium and has easy access to main highways. Beds are nice and comfortable, patio is perfect for your morning coffee. And my favorite part was the way Erica added those special details to make her guests feel welcomed and right at home! Thank you for being such a great host. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the beautiful state of Colorado!

Such a lovely home, it was just as described and better. We had a great time and were very comfortable in this spot, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Close to some coffee shops and restaurants, but on a quiet street. We'd definitely stay here again!

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

The apartment is beautiful and exactly as the pictures show. What can't be conveyed, though, is the incredible generosity and helpfulness of the hosts. Within an hour of our arrival Rob was able to find out details of a rodeo nearby that we went to (a first for us South Africans!) and he was also incredibly polite with any unintentional errors we made. The apartment was stocked with so many thoughtful items ... the travel wipes were exactly what we needed at the rodeo, as well as the snack bars! We have stayed in various Air BnB's around the world and this one will always stand out for us. Thank you for your generosity and hospitality.

I would stay hear again. Walking distance to restaurants and bars, free chicken eggs, friendly host. His backyard set is dope, would highly recommend. No issues with parking or noisy neighbors. Hella peaceful. The minute you walk into the accommodations you can tell Alex has put a lot of effort and thought into the place. Place even comes with fresh eggs and branded stickers to keep!!

Sarah was execptionally accommodating, and her home was super comfy, clean, and stylish! Very convienently located near downtown Denver and Mile High Stadium. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sarah’s place. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—close to great restaurants and just a short walk to Coors Field. It worked out so well for our trip, and the neighborhood had everything we needed. Sarah was a wonderful host—her communication was prompt, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in instructions were easy to follow. You can tell she really cares about making the experience smooth and enjoyable for her guests. The place is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is convenient with many good restaurants. Caden is very responsive to our needs as the shower's drain was needed attention and it was fixed asap. We really appreciate her help. The shower was great after the fix. I highly recommend this place to others.

great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

I've been wanting to get to Denver to explore the area to determine if this would be a good city to live - it was the right size and location for me to get a feel of the area. Kerri made sure I had all of the necessary instructions to get into the building and it was very easy to get in touch with her and she gave some great recommendations for places, many of which were confirmed by the tour guides that I had through the week. Her place was spotless and very quiet - at times I wondered if I was the only person on the floor and I was thankful it was a smaller property overall. Instructions and expectations were very clear and easy to follow. It is right on a light-rail line which makes getting into town super easy (load the RTD app on your phone) to get where you need/want. it checked many of the boxes for me. The only downside is if you have a car you'll have to contend with street parking and with the construction in the area it is challenging. Definitely would recommend!

overall a nice stay! we only stayed one night but the condo met our needs. the unit could use a little TLC, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch! wonderful and accommodating hosts were friendly and extremely responsive. very secure unit with 2 exterior doors locked for security.

Communication with the host was smooth and easy, parking was a huge plus. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing getaway!
