The street is quiet in a friendly neighborhood with supermarket 5 minutes walk, with a 12-minute walk to the Sloterpark for hiking, swimming and a nice terrace of restaurant "Het Boothuis". A quiet and luxury apartment in between Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport. Only top floor of house, but own entrance. Landlord lives downstairs.Privacy guaranteed. Two bedrooms, kitchenette and private toilet (downstairs!) and bathroom. Airconditioned! No interference with others, use of keylocker. Sorry, no breakfast. Location is near Amsterdam, but not in the city itself! Best way to go to the city is by taxi (use the Uber app), costs around 20 euros. Nearest bus stop is 15 min. walking.

Amir was an excellent host. He will respect your need for privacy when needed but also he's also happy to chat at length about shared interests. The apartment is conveniently located near a shopping centre and the two neighbouring tram lines run straight into the centre of Amsterdam. Thanks for letting us share your space, Amir!

During our stay, we had the entire second floor to ourselves, including a living room, kitchen, and bedroom. It felt private and spacious, and the keyless entry was super convenient. The bathroom was clean and bright — very comfortable to use. There’s a shared washer-dryer on the ground floor (shared with the host or other guests), and it’s a good idea to coordinate laundry times with the host in advance. The host was very friendly and welcoming. There was a small misunderstanding at the beginning, but everything went smoothly afterward. Overall, it was a great experience! The location is more suburban, about a 10–15 minute walk to the metro. The area is a quiet residential neighborhood with family homes, which felt safe and peaceful.

The traditional canal home was incredibly beautiful situated overlooking the working canal and the green fringe of Vondelpark, the area had a little more laid back locals vibe than that of the tourist centre of the city. The room was very beautiful and considered with all the amenities you need. The bathroom was great and the daily cleaning was mind blowing, it some of the best detailed cleaning I have ever experienced. Johannes we can’t wait to come back thanks for your amazing hospitality

Loved staying with Rick - the views from the room are really gorgeous and Rick was a considerate host. The bathroom's super clean and the rooms amenities were as described which was perfect for us. We hired bikes, felt very safe locking them up outside the block, and it's a lovely cycle from the flat to central Amsterdam. Would definitely recommend staying with Rick

Room nice and bright with large windows on one side (has drapes for night). Wonderful bed, liked the ability to make coffee and keep some snacks in the refrigerator. Super clean! Another plus is the ease of using the Bus and Tram system with stops nearby.
