Apartment holiday rentals in Slough

We stayed as a couple for a few days over the Easter break. The apartment is fantastic, very spacious and luxurious with lovely touches all around - including a pair of GHD straighteners in the bedroom :). It is right in the middle of the pedestrian shopping area so at first we thought it might be noisy but we couldn't have been more wrong! There are blackout blinds so no issues sleeping at night and a fancy Dyson fan too if you don't want to open the windows but want to be a little cooler. There is everything you need in the kitchen enough milk/coffee/dishwasher tablets provided for a few days stay. Ian was a fantastic host, he was in regular contact with us, helped us to understand where to park, where to eat, what to do. An electronic guide was sent to us a day or so before we arrived, with instructions on how to use everything in the apartment and included QR codes for local restaurants and walks that we could view before we arrived. Overall a fabulous place to spend a few days.

I stayed in this Airbnb with my friend and we loved it! If you are going to be in London a lot, be aware that it takes about 25-30 minutes to get into the city, but it is close to public transportation. Our hosts were so willing to work with us when we had any issues or questions, and the services provided at the Airbnb like luggage storage lockers and laundry definitely made it worth the price. For the quality, the amazing space, and the service, it is definitely a great deal! I highly recommend staying here.

We had the best stay at Steff's apartment. We spent 2 days attending the Windsor Horse Show and the location was absolutely perfect as everything was within walking distance. It is in a great central location and a lovely comfortable and quiet apartment. We would absolutely recommend it and Steff was a great host recommending the taxi from Heathrow and responding quickly to any of our queries.

This was a great place to stay! My husband and I were in town as tourists for a few days and needed a small place to stay while we saw the sights. The best thing about this location is how close it is to the Hounslow central tube station, which then can get you anywhere you want to go. Also the local shops and restaurants were great, I had the best Biryani of my life at a shop near the tube station. The apartment was clean and neat and had everything we could need.

The apartment is lovely and spacious. Perfect for two couples. Walking distance from shops and lovely pubs and restaurants. Two bathrooms was great and the kitchen was well stocked and there is a Nespresso coffee machine which was a lovely touch. Thanks for hosting us!

I can't say enough great things about this place, it's a true gem! A truly magical experience, the attention to detail and the whole atmosphere and feel of The Wizards Retreat is amazing, you can tell how much care and love has gone into creating it! Dan & Lydia are wonderful accommodating hosts, clear instructions and quick to respond throughout. Perfect location for the Harry Potter studio tour a short drive away! Couldn't recommend highly enough, and I'm sure we'll return again soon! Mischief managed....for now x

Firstly I want to say a BIG thank you to Karen. Her place was not only neat and clean, it was very comfortable. It felt like home. Her ability to put her heart into making sure her guests are more than comfortable warmed me up. I'll never stay anywhere else in the UK if it's not Karen's place. Thank you Karen. Looking forward to many more trips at yours. It's modern, it's bright, it felt like I never left home. I would give it a hundred stars if I could.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

I had an amazing time! I would totally recommend this place for every person who’s alone on vacation and wants to explore the city. The hosts were very friendly!

My daughter and friend had a wonderful stay. They loved the beautiful artwork and furniture. It was fun, gorgeous, comfortable in every way. Super location. 5 🌟 and above would highly recommend.

The flat is very cozy and the location is perfect. The flat is located in a nice house where the host lives as well and it has everything that you need for a short 2-person stay in London. It's not exactly downtown London, but the area is beautiful and it's easy to get into town from nearby stations. I would actually argue that there is no need to go to central London because the Peckham / New Cross / Nunhead - area in South London is worth a visit. Stephanie was very welcoming and nice and gave us some good recommendations to explore the area. Practical stuff: - The kitchen is small and basic, which is totally fine for a short stay. - Make sure to find the right door when arriving to the flat.

Niclas was super responsive and kind. I ran into him while stepping out and we had a nice chat. We had a few other needs and Niclas and Romano were so accommodating. Place was pristine and very eclectic decor! Overall a great stay.

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. I absolutely loved this location. It was a beautiful space with incredible views of London. Close walk to the underground to take you to central London.

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

We have had the most lovely weekend at Eveleen’s place. It is such a lovely apartment, everything you need and great shower, fabulous sofa bed! lovely walk to Henley on Thames. Loads of great shops in the town. It was perfect for our weekend catch up 😊

John is a fantastic host-he went above and beyond and was extremely responsive to messages. We couldn’t work out the cooker (the timer needs to be set) and John was helping out despite the late time of messaging. We loved the recommended Sushi restaurant. The views from the apartment are amazing-we loved just popping out on the balcony. Location wise it was ideal. The main station Blackwall is a short walk away (6 ish mins) and the nearest underground Canary Wharf is around 20 mins which served us well. 😊

Lisa was a very welcoming.We turned up a little early so Lisa recommended a coffee shop to enable the apartment to be prepared. The apartment was clean and tidy and Lisa provided a few essentials to get us started eg bread/milk. Communication was excellent and we used her recommendations for local pubs eg The Cutty Sark and the visit to Greenwich Park. We were here to attend a concert at the o2 and location for this was good 25/30 mins walk. Overall perfect place for our needs.

Great location - the apartment was in excellent condition, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Silvia who checked me in and showed me the facilities (spa facilities, lovely swimming pool, gym,...) was lovely. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Having stayed with StarHost before, I can confidently say their service remains outstanding. I'll definitely book this place again in the future when in London.
