We’ve kitted the Brickmaker’s Loft out with everything you would need. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the normal cooking bits, crockery etc. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, loo, and sink, and a washing machine if you need it. The bedroom is a lovely relaxing space.

Stunning One Bedroom Annex

The annex is very cosy with free parking on front drive. The bedroom has ensuite and there is a separate living room with a very comfy sofa. There is a garden and outside dining table and gazebo area at the bottom ideal for smokers. Our house has the 'Loudwater' sign right outside our house if you don't see the number 9 in the dark. We are also directly opposite Thanestead Court. Our place is just off junction 3 High Wycombe East from M40 so a great location to get to locations.

Nestled in a safe, quiet area, perfectly situated for Hampton Court, Sandown Park Racing, Wimbledon Tennis, Bushy Park with its wild deer, the Thames and great shopping in Kingston. Breakfast included with pubs and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of two railway stations, direct into London. Twickenham Stadium is just under 30 minutes away. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

Welcome to the Hampton Court Hideaway, a peaceful and relaxing guesthouse (converted detached double garage), beautifully designed to a very high standard and powered by renewable energy. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 double beds (2nd on mezzanine) and one sofa bed upon request. We also have an EV car charger available on request. The space can fit up to 5 for shorter breaks, and comfortably 2-3 for longer breaks.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
