The house also has a sauna and Jacuzzi. 200 meters from the house is a private lake with sauna and jetty as well as access to a boat and fishing. Down by the water there is also a porch under a beautiful oak tree where you can enjoy views as well as good food and drinks. The farm is located at the end of the road, very private with only beautiful nature around.

In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km. Outside the cabin, you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full with toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda and Stockholm are all within about a 40 minute drive . Easier Livs approx. 5 km away.

Large plot overlooking fields, walking paths, nice bike paths and swing for the children. Perfect if you are traveling via Kapellskär as sheets and towels are included. We can also pick you up at the Rösa bus stop for a small additional charge. Our kind dog Bamse and our children play on the property. Huset är ”off grid” och det finns bara några skönhetsfläckar kvar. Vandringsleden Stockholm Archipelago Trail (SAT) passerar i närheten av huset.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

The garden is wild and lush in summer, with fields and forest as the only neighbor. Sheets can be booked for SEK 50/person.

The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.
