We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Welcome to our unique Tiny house on the outskirts of Kutná Hora. This is one of the most successful models in this segment and you won't find another similar piece in the Czech Republic :-) The feeling of spaciousness is the main weapon of this house. A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. Very quiet location, not suitable for noisy parties.

Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). Relax and recharge your batteries in a semi-secluded cabin. You will be surrounded by a meadow, a forest and a small stream. You will sleep in the treetops, read a book by the fire or in an armchair with a view, the sauna will strengthen your immunity and you can cool down or warm up in the tub.
