Monthly Rentals in Smiths Parish

This was our second time renting Slate and Daffodils and it was even better this year because we knew the area better. It felt like home. We enjoyed the neighbors and had excellent weather all week! Can't wait to come back next March!

We stayed for 5 nights—very private, comfortable, and beautiful place (in every way). We rented a “Yoyo” e-car (picked it up at "The Loren" resort that is 10 minutes or so away) and it was perfect. Parked it and plugged in at the convenient charger by the house after going around all day and it worked out great. The Cove House location was ideal for us-central to the places we wanted to visit and not far really from anything. Hosts Melissa and Nick were kind and helpful. We will be back for sure!

Elizabeth was a great host, very knowledgeable. Her instructions on how to find the cottage were very clear. She was able to meet me when I checked in and even gave me a ride into town. The location is very convenient by bus to Flatts Village and St. George, and not too far from Hamilton either (by bus, or took a couple hours but walkable via the Railway Trail). It’s a very peaceful neighborhood and excellent value compared to hotel prices.

We stayed here in April 2025 and loved Belinda's place. First of all, the location is great: in a nice neighborhood, a few steps to the nearest bus stop, and a grocery store in easy walking distance. And it feels like right in the "middle" of everything, so whichever way you are headed on the island, it's never very far to your destination. The view from the window/yard is truly gorgeous. The place is perfect for 1-2 people (mom and kid in our case; or for a couple). It is small but well organized and equipped, and there's plenty of outdoor seating too. The bed is really comfortable (which should not be taken for granted!). All the instructions and information were very clear and informative, and Belinda was always super quick to get back to us. Definitely would love to come back!
