This is a cozy yet spacious cottage at the dead end of a short unpaved lane. Quiet, private, with lots of wildlife in the woods above the Greenbrier River and trail. You won’t see or hear the neighbors. I stay in the studio apt. behind the garage on the far side of the property. I absolutely respect your privacy. Only 15 minutes from Historic Lewisburg, one of WV's best tourist destinations which offers restaurants, bars, shops, antiques, and the arts. It is 13 miles to The Greenbrier Resort.

This is a large property with lots of onsite activities including fishing, kayaking, hiking, volleyball, horseshoe, cornhole, and fire pit. The property is in a private setting surrounded by 60 acres of private land and is centrally located to The New River Gorge National Park, Summersville Lake, Babcock State Park, Hawks Nest State Park, and very close to the Meadow River Rail Trail.

This is Cookie Top Mountain Chalet. We wanted to create a place where not only families, but also their fur babies could enjoy, although we do have a 2 dog maximum. To experience the elegance of the majestic views from our cabin, please plan for travel over a brief period of gravel roads. We recommend an SUV or front wheel drive capable vehicle. Google or Apple maps are accurate, Waze is not
