The house is of traditional architecture for the Adriatic coast, and it is adorned with a stone terrace with Mediterranean herbs and an unforgettable view of the sea and the islands of Kvarner. It is located in an exceptional location, in a small and quiet coastal town that offers guests privacy and a quiet holiday, but at the same time it is close to all major locations and events. If you want to wake up enchanted by the view of the sea and islands, intoxicated by the smell of Mediterranean herbs, then our house is the right choice for you!

Villa Anka

The villa is secluded and about 200 meters from the village It consists of an autochthonous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that merge the interior of the house with the exterior. The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables.

Villa Bell'Aria is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature and at the same time only a short drive away from the famous coastal town of Crikvenica. With a total of 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, a private pool invites you for a refreshment during hot summer days. The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!
