Our group was in town for a wedding, and we had an extremely wonderful experience! Tim & Paige were incredibly communicative, and the home itself is beautiful. We were concerned with Ubering to the venue, as the home is further into the woods, however we had no trouble at all! 10/10

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

I really loved MacKenzie’s place! The fully fenced yard was perfect for the dogs, and the outdoor space was great altogether. The fire pit is a nice addition! I love how big and open the kitchen is—the kitchen table may have been my favorite thing of all! All of the bedrooms were comfortable with soft and clean linens. Bathrooms were impeccably cleaned, kitchen was well-appointed and the living room was open with adequate seating.

Our Airbnb in Murfreesboro was exactly what the doctor ordered, literally! We brought our niece there to recover from a long illness along with our dog who had to have surgery and we found the house to be perfect. The atmosphere was restful and the decor was fabulous! The house was clean and every bedroom had a bed that was comfortable. It most certainly was a home away from home and it was greatly needed. We would definitely rent this Airbnb again and highly recommend it for anybody else.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The home was large, clean, and comfortable and Jody was the perfect host. The home is situated in a beautiful serene landscape which we were able to take part in by walking the grounds and viewing the nature trail. We were shown hospitality above and beyond expectations through the quality of the toiletries to the complementary snacks and coffee available at our leisure, ensuring our stay was all the more enjoyable. Furthermore, any inquiry we had was met with timely response. This place checks the boxes of all the creature comforts we were accustomed to. Thank you for a great stay!

We've been to AirBNBs in several countries and many states (and elsewhere in Nashville) and this was definitely one of our all-time faves. The way Kelli and Sarah use every inch of space inside Flatrock House yet make it feel spacious, full of light, and uncluttered is inspiring. Our hosts’ recommendation printouts were indispensable, our dog loved the enclosed backyard (and the modest pet fee). Cool selection of books/games/records, an awesome projector, a very cookable kitchen setup. Kelli and Sarah were so responsive and helpful as hosts while making us feel like we were all alone on our own quiet property. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, great-value/immaculate-vibes stay in Nashville as many other options grow increasingly antiseptic, expensive, and management company–ish. The personal touch and perfect little home here really make Flatrock House stand out.

We had a great stay here. Was exactly as described and exactly what we needed for our visit. Danny was very responsive and helpful.

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

We stayed at Linda’s place for a week from June 2-June 9. This place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay there again. Very safe walkable neighborhood, we walked to and from Broadway every single day of our stay as we were there during CMA Fest. The bed in this place was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and actually purchased the same mattress as soon as I got back home… can’t wait for it to arrive. Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

This was great AirBnB, very clean and modern but with tasteful furniture and textures. Felt very safe and cozy. Would def stay here again!

Amazing place to stay in Nashville. The unit is clean , beautiful , and has everything you could possibly need. The location is walking distance to Nissan Stadium and Broadway and also has great local restaurants. I will definitely book this again on my next trip to Nashville.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Great place. Close enough to downtown with out all of the noise.

A quiet location which gives you the ability to talk a walk in the morning or evening if you would like to. A well appointed space that is perfect for a single person or a couple. Very safe neighborhood. Murfreesboro was a great place to visit and we wish we had more time to explore.

Great neighbor, we met some very nice neighbors while walking our dog. Very peaceful yet still close to shops and restaurants. Super clean house, peaceful backyard

The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. When sitting on the back porch or deck, you can hear the birds sing, watch the squirrels play and the bunnies running around the yard. It is a great place to relax! However, you are still close to shopping and restaraunts. Ginger was very welcoming, proactive with instructions and communication and her home was stocked with just anything you would need for an enjoyable stay. We look forward to planning our next trip and prayerfully staying here again!

Nice, quaint and cozy home in a quiet historical neighborhood. The antique decor was done nicely. My friends and I enjoyed our stay here while in town to visit the Nearest Green Distillery. Rob was very friendly when inquiring about the distance from his property to the distillery, which was only 20 minutes backroads. He also gave us great recommendations for where to dine in Murfreesboro. We'll definitely be back on the next visit to the distillery and Humble Baron.

The house is located in a great area near lots of restaurants and hiking trails. The home was clean and neat. Everything worked the way it should. Sarah is a great host and was always available. We would love to come back sometime.

We really enjoyed our stay at Caleb’s place! It was exactly as described; we had everything we needed and were very comfortable while visiting our daughter for the weekend. Caleb was quick with his communication and was very helpful. We enjoyed the nearby walking trails, taking our dog to the dog park and playing some board games that were provided. The location was great and was within a short driving distance to several restaurants and stores. It was such a nice weekend and we would not hesitate to stay at Caleb’s place again!

Jennifer was such a great host! She responded immediately for any questions/concerns we had. She also recommended a ton of awesome spots to eat- per my request! I’ve never had a host respond so fast, can’t say how much I appreciated that!!
