Great place! The location was fabulous. The space was nicely decorated and beautifully maintained.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bob's place! It was just as advertised, clean and welcoming. The balcony over the river is where we put in the most hours, just watching the changes in the river, the various boats, and people-watching on the river walk. Everything we did was within minutes of the condo...great restaurants and shopping. Bob provided plenty of info and recommendations for eating and sightseeing. We were there on Memorial Day and could easily see the USS North Carolina lit up in red, white and blue. Even though it was cloudy/rainy most of the time, the awning on the balcony kept us dry and comfortable. A couple of time we had questions for Bob and he was immediately responsive and helpful. It was just the relaxing getaway we were hoping for! We would recommend this spot anytime for 2 guests!

Great place to stay! Jarrod and his wife were very friendly and responsive with any questions on the app. They even let us check in early. Accommodating bikes was so thoughtful and fun for us as we biked to coffee places and lunch. We kayaked to palm tree island and that was so much fun! It’s also a great location to walk to the beach as well! The balcony was so peaceful in the morning and at night. 10/10 experience and first time vacationing to Wilmington. Will 100% come back!

Great location tucked back in an older neighborhood on the water, clean and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

This is a great place to get away. I recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy a good view. I would definitely come here again and the owners are always responsive.

Such a fantastic place, right on the beach! They have everything you need, including wake boards, chairs, umbrella. Just a beautiful place on the ocean!!! My second time back, and I'll go a third!!

What a delightful experience! The house was as advertised and more. Kate provided many thoughtful touches (easy entertainment navigating, extra kitchen and food treats, fully stocked kitchen and cooking aids, games, beach supplies), which were wonderful surprises. She operates a pet friendly house, with pet supplies too. The location is marvelous, and the Surf City beaches are wonderful. She truly is a five star hostess, and this lovely home is perfect for a family/pet holiday.

Being on the beach was awesome! We enjoyed sunrises from the hot tub, going right down our stairs to the sand, walks to the pier, evenings on the deck… It was the perfect setting for our little reunion! The house is clean and comfortable with everything you might need. Location is also super convenient to food & coffee & seafood market. The only surprises were that our space was attached to another house (neighbors were very quiet, respectful, and friendly) and that we had to make our own beds upon arrival and remove bedding before check out. Overall, Emily’s house made our time with people we love even more fun & easy! She was a communicative, helpful host and we appreciate her sharing her home!

The beachfront location was amazing. We really enjoyed spending most of our time on the beach and the deck. The house is small, but if you intend to spend most of your time outside, it's perfect. The house shows it's age in a few areas, but this didn't affect our stay. The A/C kept it nice and cool during some hot humid days. The deck was perfect for morning coffee, watching a storm roll in, hanging out in the evenings, and most importantly private beach access! Most of the surf city shops and restaurants were only a 5 minute drive away. Overall, this was a great spot for a relaxing stay at the beach. We would book it again.

Loved the location. I wasn't sure about everyone in our group liking being so close to the "hubbub", but that ended up being what something we really liked about the place. Lots of things to do that are walkable. Shops, restaurants, bars, coffee houses, a beautiful walkway along the intracoastal waterway, a kids playground... And the view can't be beat! Well stocked kitchen- like truly everything you could possibly need. Lots of seating on the deck. All the things! Mom was over the moon about her 90th birthday celebration.

Dune it right was AMAZING! My wife and I had a fantastic weekend. House was just footsteps away from the beach! Everything was extremely clean. The host Carrie was awesome and very responsive. Would recommend a stay here to anyone! Thanks Carrie! Can’t wait to come back and stay longer.

Sea Stilts is a very nice oceanfront, single level, 3-Bedroom beach house in a quiet neighborhood. I think of it as a bungalow. Walk off the back porch down the steps and you are on the beach. We have stayed there twice now, in mid April and now early May. There were not a lot of people on the beach. That may change some during the summer months, but even if all the adjacent houses were fully occupied I don’t think the beach would be crowded. The back porch has 6 composite “LL Bean” type high chairs with cup holders so you can sit out there and enjoy the unobstructed ocean view. When we arrived (easy entry via digital combination lock), the place was clean and neat. We never ran out of hot water (there were 2 of us), and there is a nice stacking washer/dryer so you can do your laundry. We would definitely stay there again!

Loved loved loved our stay at Rachel’s!! Her place has a very homey feeling. The couch. Love seat and recliner are so very comfortable. The views are amazing and loved sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise and the moon shine on the ocean. Let’s not forget about the sound of the waves crashing. Rachel communicates quickly which is important. I recommend staying here 100 % Thank you Rachel for sharing your home with us.

Our first time in Wilmington, NC & found this place last minute & it did not disappoint! Roomy for a family of four, beautiful view, walkable to downtown, & the condo had all the amenities we needed ! Bedroom king bed was very comfy & we liked having our own tv ! We plan to visit the area more often & will stay again! Aaron was a great host!

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. Sandpiper was just what we needed! The location and view are incredible - just a few feet from the ocean. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Alan was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at Sandpiper again!

This was our 2nd time visiting Topsail Dunes, and Kara and Kim's place did not disappoint. The unit is exactly as pictured, is thoughtfully stocked with most things you need, and is a paradise away from home. There really are beach chairs waiting for you, a beach umbrella and anchor...you don't need to pack all that stuff. There are plenty of dishes, and enough cookware for anything we wanted to whip up. The washer/dryer are a major plus! The view and breeze from this 3rd floor unit are breathtaking. And, you will not ever get tired of the sounds of the waves rolling in. The hosts? Fabulous communication, friendly as can be, really seem to love sharing their place and it shows. I highly recommend this unit and these hosts. Kara and Kim, thank you! We will be back. Also, don't overlook the freedom of scheduling. Some hosts restrict you to Saturday-to-Saturday rentals. We were able to do 8 nights and would do it again! Thanks Kara & Kim!

Perfect family (with children) property. 4 pools (two kiddo pools) right on the beach, great restaurant onsite, and the room was perfectly decorated and accommodating. Arcade game and board games with ample Comfy seating was very nice. We would go back with all the kids without hesitation (and we are picky when it comes to where we stay for what we pay). We enjoyed our stay at Bee and Joe's. It looked just like the photos and everything was so clean. We took our 2 yo and 8 yo and they absolutely loved it. It felt like home and the kids room was the perfect setup with the bunk beds and trundle. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean from the condo. We could also see the ocean from the main bedroom windows. The washer and dryer were very handy. The location is amazing and close to so many places to eat. It's very close to Surf City and other great surrounding areas. The beach is literally steps away and made it so easy to go back to the condo if we happened to leave something behind or someone had to use the restroom. Bee and Joe were very responsive. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

Celebrated my 1st Mother’s Day here. The home was cute & clean, perfect for a quick getaway. This was our 1st time visiting Topsail beach & we found that the tide gets pretty high around 4pm so we had to clear the beach early in the day. Highly recommend trying the crab legs at Madison’s, they were delicious! Thanks for letting us stay in your home!
