Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

This guest house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and everything you need. This place is connected to our house, but both place has private entrance. Just a heads up, you might see our kids playing in the backyard so please be considerate. We love living here and meeting with new people, which is why we started Airbnb. Was very happy staying at this cozy place! The unit was well kept and welcoming. Loved the balcony! Mujeeb's instructions were very clear and made sure my stay was comfortable. It was also an affordable as well as a great location to stay in the USA side as I visited Niagara Falls and Toronto.

Sheryl, the host, and her husband, Ray, are both nice and welcoming people. They are friendly and good to be around. It is a nice neighborhood with proximity to restaurants, shopping, etc, and plenty of other things to do nearby. The room I had is comfortable and clean. If I was in this specific area again, I’d stay here!

This was my 5th time staying at the cozy nook and there’s a reason why we return every year! Wendy is an amazing host, the nook is always spotless and comfortable with a great location. It also has the most comfortable bed of all my Airbnb experiences! Wendy is a very thoughtful host who goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are comfortable and have what they need!
