Corona Info: Die FEWO ist durch einen seperaten Eingang Corona sicher Die Wohnung liegt im Nahetal in Ortsrandlage direkt an unserem Avarella Gestüt über unserer Tierarztpraxis. Sie ist modern, gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf unser Tal mit den Weiden. Nach vorne lädt ein kleiner Balkon zum Ausruhen ein, der Blick ins Nahetal gerichtet. Es sind zwei großzügige Schlafzimmer mit großen Schränken für viel Stauraum vorhanden. Das Esszimmer ist für 6 Personen eingerichtet.

A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Neubaugebiet über der Stadt. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich vor der Tür. Die Kurtaxe von 1,30€ p. P./Tag ist vor Ort in Bar zu zahlen. Zur Sicherheit besteht ein kontaktloser Check-in. Wenn eine persönliche Übergabe erwünscht ist, bitte vorab Bescheid geben. Wir freuen uns auf euch!

Ausgestattet ist sie mit einer neuen Küche, einem Schlafzimmer mit gemütlichem 1,80 Doppelbett , einem Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Fernseher, sowie einem komfortablen Bad mit bodentiefer Dusche und WC & einer kleinen Terrasse. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Föhn stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

The Loreley open-air theatre is also close by. The apartment has a private entrance and has been recently renovated.
