This is a 20-minute walk from the Ainu culture revival base, Upopoy, a symbol of ethnic coexistence, to the private lodging, Hanamanyakudarake, which is very charming. Our home is a calm, family-like room surrounded by walls designed in collaboration with Yumi Takeshi. It is a quiet residential area located about 15 minutes from Shirako Station, but there is a supermarket, drug store, convenience store, and a charcoal-grilled Shirako beef shop, a specialty of Shirako, just a 5-minute walk away. The living room has a large dining table and a handmade veranda, creating a space where guests can relax and gather. Nearby, surrounded by nature, is Lake Poroto, where you can enjoy skating and wakasagi fishing in the winter, and the scenery throughout the year. In addition, there are the ruins of the Sendai Domain Hirosegenshuku, which is open to the public as a nationally designated historic park. There is also a ski resort where even beginners can experience skiing, about an hour away by car. In our garden, 100 kinds of hosta grasses bloom in all seasons, and about 50 roses bloom. In the garden, there is a pizza oven where you can try making pizza, and a brick charcoal grill where you can try a barbecue.

Conveniently located 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot from Niseko Grand Hirafu Ski Resort. It is a small inn, but we value creating a homey atmosphere and a calm space where you can take a deep breath. Enjoy skiing and snowboarding to your heart's content. In the evening, the living room at Casinoya becomes a bar lounge, offering food and drinks to guests. If you'd like to have a drink before bed, you are welcome. We also provide a la carte meals. Locals also visit the bar lounge, so please try to get some deep information about Niseko. We provide shuttle service to and from the Hirafu Welcome Center at check-in and check-out. Please let us know your bus time. Pick up is after 4 pm. We do not provide transfers to Kushiro station, but there is a bus that runs from the station. Get off at the "Kirifuri Kita" bus stop. (There is another room for 3 or more people.Please check the listing.We welcome you with a homey atmosphere for our family of 6 and🐶 1 puppy. During your stay, we will prepare a Japanese breakfast. There are also 2 guest rooms.Please note that other guests may also be staying. We are not proficient in languages other than Japanese. I will do my best, but please be patient (>_)

Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just about a 2-minute drive from the Date highway exit. Datemombetsu Station can be reached in around 7 minutes by car. With a 10–15 minute walk, you can get to the city center, where you’ll find supermarkets and restaurants of all kinds (ramen, sushi kaiten, izakaya, and various fast-food places). From April to November, we provide bicycles free of charge, which you can use to get around the city.
