Cozy and modern furnished first floor apartment with 55 m² in a representative Art Nouveau house from 1909. The self-contained apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160 × 200 cm made of oiled oak, one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for each adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.

The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Enjoy the morning breakfast or in the evening the beautiful glass of wine with sunset on the balcony with lake view. In the immediate vicinity you can go jogging, take a boat on Lake Tegernsee and take extensive walks on the lake promenade or hiking tours.

The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
