The apartment at your disposal is located on the first floor of the villa with a separate entrance. Large living room with TV, 4 bedrooms, two of which have sea views (one is equipped with a piano), 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen equipped with utensils, oven, fridge and washing machine. Wifi. Bus stop, shops, clubs and restaurants just a few steps from the house.

Mondello Luxury Apartment

At just 50meters from Mondello beach!!! Luxury apartment with sea & village view. All the amenities for a perfect holiday near this sea of tropical colors! Many shops just nearby make things easy. Parking outside is free from October 1st to end of May after you have to pay on blu stripes from 08:00 to 20:00. In Some street without blue stripes you can park for free even between June and Sept. We do not have any private parking. Another option is a private garage just below our apartment.
