In one of Palermo's central areas is Bontà 10, an 80-sqm penthouse with a large terrace renovated in industrial style and furnished with designer furniture and lamps that make it a unique and welcoming space for stays in the city. It is located near the Politeama theater, the shopping streets and borders the historic "Borgo Vecchio" market, characteristic for street food and typical restaurants. Bontà 10 has a large living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and furnished terrace.

In Solanto, Villa "Rossana sul Mare" offers you an excellent sea view. The 120 m² property consists of a living room with 2 single beds, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the bedrooms, a fan, heating and TV. A shared washing machine is also available. The villa features a private outdoor area with an open terrace and barbecue.

As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.
