Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

With family or friends, come and enjoy a vacation or a weekend. House for 6 people, up to 8 maximum. Pond where you can fish (not recommended to eat the fish). No swimming in the pond. Old renovated house that will offer you all the comforts. Possibility to have a barbecue but you'll have to bring what you need (charcoal, matches, papers...). classic coffee maker, the filter is already in it. Maison entière à la campagne sur l'axe Sablé/La Flèche à 5 mn de Sablé sur sarthe et de Notre Dame du Chêne, et à 10 mn de l'A11. A 40 mn du Mans et du circuit 24h, 40mn Angers ou Laval. A 25 mn du zoo de la Flèche. La maison comprend 3 chambres, salon avec poêle à bois, cuisine toute équipée et salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Terrasse, grand jardin. Draps fournis. Les serviettes de bain sont en supplément : 3 € par personne.

From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
