Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Maison entière à la campagne sur l'axe Sablé/La Flèche à 5 mn de Sablé sur sarthe et de Notre Dame du Chêne, et à 10 mn de l'A11. A 40 mn du Mans et du circuit 24h, 40mn Angers ou Laval. A 25 mn du zoo de la Flèche. La maison comprend 3 chambres, salon avec poêle à bois, cuisine toute équipée et salle de bain avec douche et baignoire. Terrasse, grand jardin. Draps fournis.
