I loved Rodolfo’s place. It is cozy , well equipped & very hospitable. I love the vibration in the house. I woke up every day happy. The vibration of the whole building is amazing surrounded by nature. For nature lovers , hippies , spiritual minded folks this abode is a gem. Rodolfo dwelling was designed to facilitate a comfortable and enjoyable sojourn. Rodolfo is very responsive, affable , considerate & attentive. As a guest one couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this abode wholeheartedly. Would have given 6 stars if allowed unfortunately 5 Being the max Will have to settle for it. I’ll happily book it again upon my return to Quintana Roo. We historically been resort people in Mexico. Took a chance on an Airbnb and let me tell you - NO REGRETS. Do it now! Great value, amazing restaurants to walk to, safe and there is a great roof top pool with cash bar. You’ll have the resort experience with a much better value. Thank you to our host.

The accommodation is perfect, as shown in the photos. The beach is 1 block away and 5th Avenue is 2 blocks away, the location is ideal. The pool is wonderful. Frank was on top of everything when we needed him.

This place is excellent. I highly recommend staying here as its within walking distance to everything (beach, supermarket, and unlimited restaurants, bars, shops 5th Avenue and all the hot spots). The apartment had everything needed and more. We didn't use the balcony or the pool due to construction and dust everywhere, but other than that, it was excellent. You couldn't hear the construction from the bedroom, so it didn't bother us much. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable to me, but my husband didn't mind it too much. You can't please everyone with the bed, so it's fine. The room is really dark, so you will get some really good sleep in there. The gym is small, but had everything needed for a great workout. There is a sports complex right nextdoor too. Overall, I highly recommend this place as it has everything you need and more. we would definitely stay here again!

great place, we liked the furniture, the design and the decorations. We were the only ones at the apartment complex and felt like our own private resort. The pool area was great and we did take advantage of it. The staff was very helpful and explained to us how to use the laundry. Everything was really great. The location is great to explore the cenotes in the area. Likewise, it is close to, both, Tulum and Playa del Carmen. I would certainly recommend this place to friends and family next time they would want to stay in between these two cities. I would certainly recommend to add as a recommendation for dinner the restaurant called "La Buena Vida" (labuenavidarestaurant). If it was recommended to us, please disregard. I liked and appreciate the fact that you were aware of our fun by providing suggestions of what to do. Thank you for that. By the way, we did not have to open the main outside door (black) since it was always open. With nothing else, thank you again, loved it very!!!

Jorge was always very attentive and flexible, the apartment is perfect! Well located, spacious, well lit, well-equipped kitchen, great bed and very comfortable, we had an amazing time and I would definitely stay at Jorge's place again! Thank you very much

hello This is the second time my Family and I stay at this beautiful place. I Hartley recommend Luxvart. they surprised me this time with personalized water bottles,nice touch . I will keep coming to this place if they let me .And if you are planning to have vacation in Tulum and what to be in a peaceful and luxury place,I recommend this beautiful paradise.

Jess’s place was everything we imagined and more. Beautiful gem well worth the price plus, very responsive and helpful hosts.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

I went with family and friends and we stayed for 1 week, everything worked perfectly. The house is nice and very cozy, it has everything you need to be comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. The rooms are very nice, clean and tidy. The hosts were always very attentive, they left amenities that helped us a lot, such as fresh water 💧 Thank you very much for your hospitality Nimsi ☺️

Excellent location and the house is super comfortable, clean and spacious. I would definitely stay again, it's very easy to get there and the area is also very quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mariposa. The house was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect, close to the beach and downtown Playa. What really stood out was the excellent service. Jasmin and Edson were responsive and accommodating prior to our arrival, and the concierge (Mauricio) was especially helpful during our stay—always available to assist with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa. Thanks again to Mauricio and the staff for making our trip truly enjoyable.

This place is a hidden gem! We loved that it wasn't right in the city center, but a very easy taxi ride or drive to it, giving us the privacy we wanted but the action when we wanted. The pool is clean and beautiful, the kitchen is well stocked and came with surprise fresh fruits for us, and Ana was exceptionally helpful throughout. All in all a fantastic stay and wish we could've stayed longer!

Awesome! Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it doesn't miss anything at all, it has everything, its apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very friendly, walking to 5th avenue was a great walk, it's like 12 minutes, definitely I'll be back! the best place in Playacar is here!

Super nice accommodation with a private jacuzzi, the penthouse is like the photos. The street was under construction and we did not have access to the parking lot. The host refunded us the amount we paid to park. This was greatly appreciated, even if it was beyond his control. The host was very responsive and responded quickly. I highly recommend!!!

Everything was great.

We were amazed with such a great area! From the moment that we turned to our street, everyone was flabbergasted, we could see the beach and the beautiful water. Our building had a safe underground garage. It was actually at walking distance. A lot of shops and restaurants in front and all around our location. We found a wonderful coffee place, AHOCACAO. Ask the locals, they’ll recommend great taco stands. Pharmacies and convenience stores literally next door to us. If you need tour guides, they’re posted in all over. Oh, the farther that you walk, the cheaper the souvenirs will be. You can also exchange money in front of a convenience store til 9pm. The area felt very safe. We never felt that there was anything to be on the on the lookout about. We could not believe that we actually were so lucky to choose this location! A plus is that our check in time was 3, but they allowed us in at 2:30. If you choose this location, you’ll have fantastic hosts and an unforgettable experience

Cruz con Mar is one of our favorite places to stay in PDC. We have been in quite a few different units in the building. This one was one of the best. The ease of the door lock and the updated thermostats might be a strange complement but IYKYK. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers were great.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!

Very good apartment. We loved the condo, it has everything you could want; you can go to the public beach, the Kay beach club or get a pass at the Bahia Principe hotels. Very close to Akumal to snorkel with turtles (unmissable), the archaeological zone and cenotes. The beds are comfortable and it has a good space on the balcony. Ruben always responded quickly and kindly.
