I loved Rodolfo’s place. It is cozy , well equipped & very hospitable. I love the vibration in the house. I woke up every day happy. The vibration of the whole building is amazing surrounded by nature. For nature lovers , hippies , spiritual minded folks this abode is a gem. Rodolfo dwelling was designed to facilitate a comfortable and enjoyable sojourn. Rodolfo is very responsive, affable , considerate & attentive. As a guest one couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this abode wholeheartedly. Would have given 6 stars if allowed unfortunately 5 Being the max Will have to settle for it. I’ll happily book it again upon my return to Quintana Roo. El alojamiento es perfecto, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. La playa esta a 1 cuadra y la 5ta avenida a 2 cuadras, la ubicación es ideal. La alberca es maravillosa. Frank estuvo al pendiente de todo cuando lo necesitamos.

I was there for a week the host reach to me the same of checking in to make sure everything was fine the unit was excellent as described location if you are familiar whit La Quinta well you are one coner street away close to 38th north great restaurants on that Calle close access to beach public clean lots of space a excellent location and services 5 star rating from me and recommended.

great place, we liked the furniture, the design and the decorations. We were the only ones at the apartment complex and felt like our own private resort. The pool area was great and we did take advantage of it. The staff was very helpful and explained to us how to use the laundry. Everything was really great. The location is great to explore the cenotes in the area. Likewise, it is close to, both, Tulum and Playa del Carmen. I would certainly recommend this place to friends and family next time they would want to stay in between these two cities. I would certainly recommend to add as a recommendation for dinner the restaurant called "La Buena Vida" (labuenavidarestaurant). If it was recommended to us, please disregard. I liked and appreciate the fact that you were aware of our fun by providing suggestions of what to do. Thank you for that. By the way, we did not have to open the main outside door (black) since it was always open. With nothing else, thank you again, loved it very!!!

Stay here! Carlos is immediately responsive and accommodating. The building is safe and the apt: squeaky clean, quiet and comfy with all the amenities + breathtaking views from the rooftop pool. Located in one of the nicest spots in Playa and completely accessible to everything by foot. Really great experience!

Excelente lugar todo muy lindo tal cual como las fotos, es un lugar tranquilo si es lo que buscas, nosotros viajamos en familia con niños y una persona de la tercera edad y la verdad fue una experiencia extraordinaria ya que todos disfrutaron de la comodidad y la exclusividad de las instalaciones, el anfitrión siempre estuvo muy atento a mis dudas antes de la reservación y durante mi estancia, un lugar muy recomendable.

Michael and Ernesto were very proactive during my stay even when the air conditioning created massive condensation and leaked into the bathrooms, it was resolved and fully cleaned within a few hours. They were great hosts and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mariposa. The house was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect, close to the beach and downtown Playa. What really stood out was the excellent service. Jasmin and Edson were responsive and accommodating prior to our arrival, and the concierge (Mauricio) was especially helpful during our stay—always available to assist with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa. Thanks again to Mauricio and the staff for making our trip truly enjoyable.

Spent my bachelorette party at Villa Mayan Breeze and it was the best weekend ever! Easy check-in, awesome location steps from the beach, and the hosts gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants. 10/10 would book again. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend with my best friends!

One of a kind snorkeling and bay location. Private Oasis which is very hard to find in Cancun. Located in the middle of everything. Snorkeling equipment provided, meal service also provided and 24 hours security. Hot tub got very HOT!! Was super happy with the place and host. Will be back.

Would definitely come back!!! Fantastic host - kind, informative & wonderfully hospitality. We loved this beautiful place & options on site for private cenote, Mayan ruins, and short walk to the beach. Perfect in case we didn't get out to explore. I chose Playa del Carmen because it's half way between Cancun & Tulum yet fairly easy to get to the airport. We went to Edin cenote which was fun, refreshing & close by, in Tulum we enjoyed a completely different vibe, and ran out of time to snorkel in Akumal. The 3 seperate bedrooms are each spaced well for privacy. There was a very nice oven/stove to cook meals on which we did 50% of the time and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants with great service nearby. Our favorite breakfast was at Lara & Luca. Unexpected: The Mall in walking distance, super friendly people, and how much we loved seeing wildlife by the pool: spider monkeys, caoti, and iguanas in the trees with turtles and agouti on land. Definitivamente el mejor lugar que puedas encontrar en Playa del Carmen, el departamento se sentía como estar en casa, no le hace faltama absolutamente nada, tiene todo, su departamento y las instalaciones de lujo, las amenidades grandiosas, Olivia fue muy atenta y muy amable, caminar a la 5ta avenida era un grandioso paseo, son como 12 minutos, definitivamente regresare! el mejor lugar de Playacar está aquí!

Super beau logement avec un jacuzzi privé, le penthouse est comme les photos. La rue était en construction et nous n’avions pas accès au stationnement. L’hôte nous à remboursé le montant que nous avons payé pour stationner. Cela a été très apprécié même si c’était hors de son contrôle. L’hôte était très réactif et répondait rapidement. Je recommande vivement!!!

Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description, à quelques minutes à pied des plages principales et du ferry pour Isla Mujeredes. L’immeuble est super avec un acceuil / sécurité disponible H24. L’hôte est aidant et très réactif

Great place! Wasn't sure what i was getting into when we first pulled up as we'd never been to PDC before. Turns out we were 5 easy blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue which is where all the action is for tourist food and festivities. The place is also surrounded by 'local' food and fare as well - El Fogon is 2 blocks away, Walmart is 2 blocks away, many local tiendas from right downstairs to blocks away. Very clean - A/C's were working - had an issue with a drawer (at 7am) and Allen had it fixed within an hour. The balcony got great AM sun - i spent most of my time while there on the balcony just because we came from the North and i desired heat. But ... this place is not for those seeking solitude and silence, though. It's very loud with street noise. The tour busses start coming by at 7am and don't stop until about 9pm. All day. Everyday. But if you stayed closer to 5th Avenue you'd have to deal with the club music so it's a toss up. We had a blast and loved all of it!

We had a wonderful time at Chris’s place!! It was the perfect location for our family’s first visit to Playa del Carmen. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and hosts were responsive. Five stars all the way!! We will definitely book Chris’s place next time we are in PDC.

Cruz con Mar is one of our favorite places to stay in PDC. We have been in quite a few different units in the building. This one was one of the best. The ease of the door lock and the updated thermostats might be a strange complement but IYKYK. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers were great.
