This amazing little non-smoking house, is in great condition, sparkling clean, and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time in Stockholm. Whether you are a business traveler, family or friends exploring Stockholm, you will love our home. I have put a lot of love and effort into making this home cosy and comfortable. My home is close to a nature reserve as well as public transport with only 20 minutes by metro from Stockholm center. The area is peaceful and family friendly.

You have snow skiing at your doorstep (100 meters away), beautiful lakes, beaches and forest to take long walks and a hot tub and fire place to come home to. This new 4 bedroom family home was built in 2020 and is a semi-detached villa located in a modern, quiet, suburban area called Väsjön, Sollentuna. By car its only 20 minutes to central Stockholm and by bus/train it takes approx 45 mins by commute.

Bostaden ligger 20 minuter från Arlanda flygplats och har egen parkering.

On the middle floor you find the social area with a kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as access to the southwest-facing terrace. You find three cosy bedrooms as well as bathroom on the top floor. At the entrance floor there is one additional (smaller) bedroom, a toilet and the laundry machine.
